Xoom Furniture

I have perused the Xoom furniture website after finding them on craigslist for a new dining room table. They seemed very appealing at first with advertising for financing (I’m more interested in buying cash… bad habit… but could use some good marks on my credit) and they had a big selection which I liked. I found a table I thought was great and have e-​mailed the price inquiry link multiple times to get one response that wasn’t even appropriate to my question. The conversation went as follows: 1) Please explain how your financing works rates ect. 2) what is the price of the item? I got one response you can apply online for financing and how many chairs do you want. Well the picture shows the table with 6 chairs soo… I ask for the price with both 6 & 8 chairs. It has been several weeks with NO RESPONSE. I emailed them again three days ago explaining this and again no response. Based upon this experience I do not think I want to do business with them again and perhaps should go with a larger more reputable chain that holds employees accountable for customer service. This place seemed promising… what a shame.
