If I could give zero stars, I would. My husband called to schedule the annual inspection needed to keep the warranty on the new furnace. He was told $ 80 on the phone. However, the bill was $ 109. When he called to get this fixed, they argued with him on the phone.
We are done with this company. When the furnace was installed, the second inspection showed a significant leak, and needed fixed. When the city township came to inspect as is required in my area, it was not fixed. Problem after problem, and now false information about cost of services.
It was made worse by the argumentative people on the phone. Too bad the hubby already wrote the check. We are still trying to resolve the $ 29 difference.
