I think the sales people are great they always go above and beyond if you ask them for anything, I’ve been In this store frequently and I have had exceptional customer service. I’ve had outfits put together, sizes brought to dressing room and so many different choices brought to me it’s tough not to spend a lot of money in this store because of the great customer service. One thing I will say is some of the close are a little bit dated and over the top but you can find a few nice things every time you visit.

If I could give this store ZERO stars I would. Not only does this Bebe location have the worst customer service, but also some of the most uneducated sales people in the business. Their lack of product knowledge was astounding as well as their ability to assist. I am writing this review not after one visit, but more like six or seven visits, where I’ve had the same experience and it’s actually gotten increasingly worse.
Trey & Kelly are by far the worst in regards to knowledge & professionalism and for that reason I now choose to shop at Bebe online or even make the drive to Northern Virginia where the sales reps are friendly and helpful.
