Very friendly place food was good watch out for Mary the waitress she’s old and kind of senile or something

This is the worst bob Evans Waitress very rude and grumpy no signs of a manger the breakfast food took forever and we saw a customer bus his own table so his family could sit Down !! Unbelievable. This place needs a good manager and new waitresses As I type this the woman across from us was waiting for her check and they sat another person at her table. Omg really. She got up and left.

This is my first time here and more than likely my last. Veterans were offered a free breakfast so I decided to try them out in lieu of one of the other restaurants offering Veterans breakfast. What a mistake that was!
There was not enough staff here considering they’re offering a Veterans Day special to Veterans.
Instead of the hostess asking if customers are Veterans, they provide a regular menu to everyone. After ordering or trying to order, you find that there’s a special menu for Veterans with a few items offered.
Overall, the place appears clean and looks like a modern day Mel’s diner from the TV show Alice.
The staff aren’t friendly. Everyone running around in a rush to take orders or cash out customers but no customer service. Very robotic!
The home fries were cold and salty and my egg was runny when I asked for it to be cooked well done (fried hard). After reporting to the waitress, there was no empathy at all. Oh well… it took 30 minutes to get cold and undercooked food. No thanks!
To be a chain diner, I was expecting more. I’ve gone to some local, mom and pop diners that offer much better service.
They say you get what you pay for! I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Breakfast is supposed to start your day on a positive note. Not so much at this Bob Evans. The Waitresses are more interested in talking, checking their phones, than hustling with your food order. The restaurant is not kept up. Tables are not being cleared. Three floor sweepers are left out in view of the tables but nobody is using them. I watched managers, waitresses and the hostess walk by napkins dropped on the floor dozens of times in the 45 min visit I was there and not once did anyone reach down to clean the mess up. Hey here’s a great idea, when you do clear and wipe down a table, bring a dry cloth to then wipe down the wet left by the first wipe down. Then the hostess won’t have to excuse herself to get a little napkin to wipe it before you sit. Does anyone even supervise this place? Have you ever though of hiring a busboy? It would be a great investment for little money
The one thing I can add is the Kitchen is working ok. The food was decent.

This was the first time i ever had a problem With a bob evans. ive been to alot of bob evans in this country. We had to return our toast 2wice and pancakes 3 times. plus they got rid of all their pasta products even though they still advertise it on the menu. lets just say if it keeps up i will not be going here anymore.

For the first time ever at a Bob Evans, I had amazing service this time around. Our server was extremely pleasant, made frequent callbacks, and was quick about everything. Since the service is usually the only thing I don’t like about this place, I found this particular trip to be excellent.

The service is so good.
The lady served us gave us two cups of coffee to take away. I don’t know if that’s every Bob Evans or only this location, but I love having a cup of coffee with me when I leave the restaurant!

I was so disappointed. Seating was easy, but waiting 30 minutes for hotcakes and bacon was unacceptable. Getting three 5″ pancakes was absurd! Service was really really bad and it was not crowded. First and last visit.

Service was good, staff was pleasant. Nothing to brag about but nothing to complain about either.

I had never been to a Bob Evens before but I was crazing a huge Belgian Waffle so I gave this place a shot. The staff was friendly enough. But the food was just ok. The waffle wasn’t nasty but it wasn’t great either. I personally probably won’t return just because it didn’t wow me or have anything thing special to bring me back.

When I go South, I look forward to Bob Evans, but this locale service was sub-​par. Middle of the day, hardly and customers and SLOW with no apologies! Pluses: The food was good (pancakes, eggs, fruit and bacon) and free Wifi.
