Verizon customer service (by phone) had not been the least bit helpful in resolving my ongoing issues. I was completely frustrated and decided to visit my local store as a last resort. I ended up working with Ricky. Not only did he listen and empathize with what I had been dealing with, he showed that he actually cared whether or not I stayed with Verizon. He was the epitome of exemplary customer service and addressed each of my problems and concerns. I will bypass the phone and online support for any future issues and deal directly with him. Thank you for restoring my faith in Verizon. Much appreciated!
