Chick fil a is pretty much chick fil a but this one is in a good location though since its part of a shopping center there’s no drive through. The store is clean and the employees are very pleasant. Food came out quickly and was correct. Would come back here again :)

I love this location! They are cast and on point every time. However, today I’m guessing her he is new but he is running to go orders to waiting customers but he isn’t calling names as he is walking out he is just walking looking scared. I placed an order for #3 spicy chicken meal on lunch menu and I paid for it and the young lady today me that my meal was never placed and I’ve been waiting for now 13minutes. I recommend that you guys keep the new employees behind counter until they get the ropes

I love a good Chick-​Fil-​A, but this is just an okay Chick-​Fil-​A. I went during lunch and there were very few customers. I did notice a lot of people ordering to go. When I started walking towards the counter, no one was in line and the people working there looked scared to speak to me. I am not intimidating nor did I look mad or unpleasant on that visit. I was normal and happy. No one greeted me, so I just stepped up to the counter and said hello to the cashier and gave her my order. She gave me this cup to sit on my table (never seen this done before) so that they could bring the food out to me when ready. She put my sauce in the cup. I sat the cup on the table and went to get napkins and a straw. When I returned, my food was there and the cup plus my sauce was gone. I had to get back in line and get my sauce. You get no points for that cup thing, Chick-​fil-​A. I had ordered a salad and I also noticed there was very little chicken on top of the salad compared to what is given at other locations and my lettuce was wilting and brown. Mediocre location and avoid it if you are going to drive by one that you think is better.

They are friendly for the most part. Convenient location.

This is an amazing restaurant! Always clean and the food is good! I don’t think the bathrooms are very good but I love this place!

Chick Fil A has a real good grasp of food quality and service & this place was no exception. This location was very busy and was really quick in getting the food out.
I loved the fact that there was outdoor seating and under the extended roof pitch.
I am a well balanced in my approach to food that entails me being a professional cook with many years experience in many types of cuisines from Latin America, Greek, Italian, and many more. I take food as the ultimate pleasure in life along with many other things. I give my reviews based on my experiences eating out at least 2 times a day and 5 – 6 days a week. I rarely give 1 stars and most restaurants get an average rating 3 stars, with some very good restaurants or places receiving 4 stars, and those that stand out receive 5 stars.
Chick Fil A stands out and they have a record that proves it. The food is consistently tasty, well prepared, and hot when it arrives.

I love chick fil a :) this location is kind of bugs me a bit. The tables are so close to each other it is annoying! But the spicy chicken with unsalted fries are delicious. Btw always order unsalted fries, that way they will have to give you them hot: p
My mom never eats out, i ended up convincing her to try the spicy sandwich and she loved it. Oh and chick fil a sauce with ketchup is a must! I always feel awkward asking for 5 sauces lol (i love drenching my food with sauce)

This is a small version of this restaurant. The food was good as always. I had a regular chick fil a sandwich, waffle fries and sweet tea. Its hard not to have a sweet tea here because its always so good.
The only thing i dont like about this location is the dining area is small.

I stopped here to pick up dinner. It’s a small place very clean. Staff was super friendly and got my order right on the first try. I had a few bad experiences at other chickfila’s. I happy to know that this location can get it right. I will return to this location again.

Why does this location run out of biscuits every Saturday morning? Don’t say you serve breakfast until 10:30 when it’s really always 10:20.

Very busy but very efficient, probably not the best for larger parties because of the size (compact) but you’ll be in and out. Chickfila by far is the most consistent fast food restaurant, this location is no exception.

I’m not big into fast food but Chick-​Fil-​A is pretty good. I been going to Chick-​Fil-​A Willow Lawn every since the restaurant was located inside of the mall. Now that Willow Lawn has been turned into an outside mall, Chick-​Fil-​A has its own section. Chick-​Fil-​A breakfast is my favorite. The chicken minis are delicious. The breakfast at Chick-​Fil-​A only last an hour and a half. The chicken nuggets are usually my go to meal for lunch. The sauces at Chick-​Fil-​A are very flovorful. The Polynesian sauce compliment the chicken very well. The waffles fries are tasty when they are fresh. The staff will glady cook them fresh for you Suprisenly, the milkshakes are delicious for a fast food restaurant. Some flavors of milkshakes are seasonal. The customer service is always good at this location. The managers and employees are friends. Chick-​Fil-​A Willow Lawn has a mall atmosphere. Theres parking in a lot outside of the restaurant. As a customer you get good customer service and chicken.

The Chick-​Fil-​A inside willow lawn moved to the exterior of the mall… we were hoping it would be better, but here was our experience:
–soggy fries, undercooked and cold
–the soda tasted like bleach or windex, I asked for a different flavor and that one tasted like chemicals too, and so did my husband’s. Gross.
–a bunch of shady characters behaving like fools; I couldn’t believe the manager didn’t ask them to leave.
It sucks. Even though I live within blocks of this one, I’ll keep driving to the one at Tuckernuck.
