Domino’s Pizza

Great pizza place! I love garlic so this is my go to for pizza! Ordering online is easy and quick. They also let you check your order status. 50% off online pizza ordered until December 6^th. I would definitely recommend the garlic parmesan bread bites and garlic dipping sauce.

This is a great Domino’s location, not sure about all the bad reviews here. I’ve come here many times to pick up (I don’t order delivery, so can’t speak to that) and it has always gone very smoothly. They have a neat little screen that tells you when your order will be up so you’re not left wondering why you don’t have your food yet. Being Domino’s, the pizza is delicious, and consistently so! Prices are reasonable as well (so long as you stick to one of the deals, which you’d be crazy not to).
The only downside here is parking. You WILL NOT find a space. You’ll probably end up having to park in a weird spot to avoid blocking anyone in or getting a ticket. My advice? Get in and out quickly to avoid someone getting mad at you for your car’s position. They really need to figure out how to expand their parking spaces.
Other than that, Domino’s is my go-​to location for quick and easy pizza. Pizza Hut is too screwed up and Papa John’s is too expensive, so this place is just right.

— Parking lot is ATROCIOUS. If I weren’t so opposed to ordering delivery, this place would almost require that I do so for parking reasons alone.

We’ve been ordering Domino’s Pizza for the past 17 years from our current address. The past 1 ½ years have been hit or miss, mostly miss. The pizza we ordered last night was awful — it was greasy, the crust was weirdly thin, it didn’t have much taste but was hard to tell with all of the grease. We are going to find a different place for pizza as Domino’s is just too inconsistent. They are fast though. Also, it bugs me that there is a $ 2. delivery fee that doesn’t go to the driver. What is this charge for?

Had to call 3 times to receive our order, apparently «someone took a bite out of our pizza.» But, to our pleasant surprise after 2 hours of waiting we finally got our pizza «free of charge.» After accepting this offer and deciding that despite our wait, a refund would more than make up for our prolonged hunger, we discovered 2 days later that we were still charged for the pizza, fraudulent tip and all. It took nearly 5 more phone calls to get this settled out and despite it barely being worth our trouble to pursue our refund, we eventually did get our $ 21 back.
Bottom line: If you want your money’s worth, go for a local, slightly more expensive pizza joint. Maybe they wont have an online tracker, but at least they have integrity.

Domino’s is my favorite chain of pizza. However, I am disappointed with the customer service at this location. I placed an order for delivery at 4pm to be delivered at 7pm. By 7:45, I had not received the order or a call from the delivery guy. So, I called the restaurant. They said it had just been sent out for delivery a couple of minutes prior. That was fine — I was not too upset at that point. However, at 8:30, the Domino’s pizza tracker said that my order was delivered and it had not been! I hadn’t even received a call from the delivery guy (usually they call a couple of minutes before they arrive because we live in an apartment — since they won’t come up to our apartment we just meet them outside). I called the location once again. They put me on hold 3 times and each time I spoke with a new person and had to explain the situation again. Finally, they said «Okay, we don’t know what happened to your order, but we will send you a new one out. It will be at least a 45 min wait though.» They did not offer a refund or anything! So I said «Can I just get a refund?» And at this point, good customer service would have been to offer me a refund AND send me a new order. But no, they just said «Okay we will refund you and give you a $ 15 credit toward a future order.» (My order that day was $ 28 though). A refund and $ 15 credit was better than nothing, but the whole situation was just absurd. What I assume happened since they «lost» my order AFTER it had been sent out for delivery is that someone on the street saw the Domino’s guy and picked up our order fraudulently. That is why delivery drivers should be more conscientious and ask «What’s the name on the order?» to confirm before just handing someone’s order over to a stranger. According to the tracker, the delivery guy’s name was Alex. The manager needs to talk to this Alex character and tell him not to be so careless.

Edit: To clarify, the brevity of this review was due to a night of significant drinking after a Jim Jefferies show. That being said, I stand by my review that dominoes pizza/​wings/​and assorted appetizers are an excellent meal choice when you’re about 7 drinks into the night with your friends. Bought an entire late night feast for all 3 of us for about $ 30 including tip.

I order a medium cheese pizza, Chicken Alfredo and the Chicken Habanero Sandwich. My cheese pizza was good as always. My chicken Alfredo portion size like it was a $ 1 tv dinner. It was so small that it should be on the kids men. I thought my 18 months old son could have shared it, but I was wrong. He ate it all by himself. Now my Chicken Habanero sandwich. That was real bad. I had 3 times as much pineapples and jalapenos on there then check. I seven little pieces of chicken on there. It should be call a pineapple and jalapeños sandwich. I will never order nothing, but pizza from Domino’s again. They need to stick to pizzas.

This locating is rude and messed up! The female working until 3am is impeccably rude! I hope she gets fired for calling me a bitch and canceling my order without calling me prior. Don’t ever go to this location. They are a total joke

I’m normally not a picky eater when it comes to pizza, especially dominos, but this is probably the worst dominos I have ever been to in my life, and I’m saying that after having been to many dominos in Virginia.
The food NEVER tastes or looks as good as dominos in other areas. I ordered pizza and they managed to make the crust and bread too thin as well as too salty. The pasta bread bowls have almost no pasta, and either include NO sauce or too MUCH sauce. There is no in-​between. Dominos, step yo game up!

Haven’t ordered Domino’s in ages but we’re stuck in the house so I thought I’d take a chance. I got the chicken buffalo and philly cheese steak sandwiches plus a side of the lava cake. Firstly, I really liked the little graph that tracks what’s going on with your order. It was nice to see the time line. Secondly, the delivery was fast and driver very kind. Last but not least– the food was good. I’d heard Domino’s changed their menu but I wasn’t ready for the pizza just yet. The sandwiches were toasted well and it wasn’t all bread and cheese like some places. The lava cakes were eh, but nice to have some chocolate.

Placed an order at this place any they accidentally added a topping I didn’t want. They dealt with it very nicely, gave me a refund and even offered to make me a new one at no charge. I really appreciate good customer service and I’m never disappointed with the service or food at this location.

.7 miles away and they won’t deliver, what is wrong, I’ve never had a pizza place that was so close that wouldn’t deliver, I find it bogus and retarded.

Their philly cheesesteak pizza (legends pizza) was amazing! Their 2 topping medium pizza… opposite. Overcooked with spots of cheese missing.

The chicken alfredo pasta from this dominoes was disgusting and the breadbwasntbcooked… I called to complain to manager and she got upset with me. Told me I could get a credit for next time in order but no replacement or refund because I ordered from the deals menu. I spent $ 15 she jokingly asked me if I wanted $ 6.37 back… I told her I wanted all my money back because she was being rude and sarcastic then she hung up. I called back and she said «he’s on way with you 6dollars»… and hung up again.
Problems with my food — pasta — chicken Alfredo has dry pasta and was in no way tasty. The bread — had uncooked dough filling the entire middle of bread. She said as in Jen new manager says to me «Well its made with dough — what u want me to do!!?» Lol wow. Never again will I order from a dominoes in richmond just based off this one place

Everyone was super lazy — no one wanted to help. I asked if they had any plastic utensils so I could cut my pizza slice, and they said «no.» I said «So you guys have absolutely no plastic utensils?» And they were like «let me double check. Yeah we do…» Service sucks so don’t bet on it!

I order from this Domino’s about once a month. The sandwiches are great. The pizza is good. Anything else… don’t order. The wings suck. The delivery time is fine and usually the people are nice. I’ve only had one guy who wasn’t friendly. I think his name was Edward.

Ordered a pizza last night. Came late, burnt crisp, no sauce, and sliced horribly. If you are going to be open on New Year’s Eve night, then you should make at least a decent pizza, otherwise stay closed.

Ordered a pizza. Waited 2 hours only to find out they sold it to someone outside my residence for twice the price. What a joke.

I’m with some of the other folks re: Dominos… You know you my boy dominos but, lets face it, this ain’t gourmet. This particular location has served me well, delivering happiness through thick and thin, rainstorm and hail. Pizza is good as always, though I wish they could spare the toppings. Food always delivered in a reasonable amount of time. I hold this particular location in esteem for their delivery prowess.
