Bacon, egg and cheese bagel was not good at all. The onion bagel had to flavor. The vanilla latte had no flavor and the donuts were not even warm. I don’t think I’ve ever walked into a dunkin donuts before, and I wish I hadn’t wasted my money. Should have went to McDonalds.

Popped in for a quick cuppa to keep me awake for the drive. While the munchkins were a great sugar boost, the coffee itself was bland. No drive-through here.

I’m not a coffee drinker, but my bf and I stopped here for a cup of pumpkin spice coffee for him, it smelled so delicious I wanted to go in and get one myself! the aroma was making my car smell delicious. i do think that their Donuts and bagels are great. It’s a great place for a quick bagel and donut. And for the coffee junkies too, since everyone I know who loves coffee calls it crack coffee because is so good their addicted.

This particular Dunkin Donuts is on my way to work, so I stop by several times a week. I don’t care for their donuts, but I’m a big fan of DD coffee. I don’t think I’ll be coming back for a while though. Sometimes the lines in the morning are 10 – 15 people long, with only 2 employees working. It can move verrrry slow if a lot of people are hand-selecting a dozen donuts. Also, they always seems to get my coffee order wrong and when I tell them they give me attitude about it.

I love Dunkin Donuts, they have the best coffee! In Jersey where I grew up they are great, doughnuts are always fresh, coffee is awesome and most are open 24hrs. Now that being said this location seems they make doughnuts once a day because there are no doughnuts after about 10am. Anything left after that are hard and stale. The employees usually are great and nice to customers. Some of the time the coffee is old and tastes burnt. I would go somewhere else but this is the only DD in the area. I guess I land up buying DD coffee and make it at home and just skip doughnuts.

I usually come to Dunkin’ Donuts when I want a breakfast sandwhich. Dunkin’ Donuts has really good breakfast sandwiches and tater tots. The donuts can be a hit or miss at this location. Sometimes they are good but other times they are dried out. The employees are usually nice. This location do not have many people working the register, which causes backed up lines on busy mornings. The atmosphere is usually laid back. Three stars is perfect.

Ordered a half dozen today and judging by the mass amount of donuts on the shelf I would have assumed they were made fresh. Instead though I received 6 dried out, off putting, grotesque fried pastries. Nasty.

I love DD so much. After visiting my friends living in Providence, RI I had seen the light: nothing beats a Dunkin Donuts iced coffee«extra-extra».(I soon found out that outside of New England other DDs didn’t share the lingo for extra milk-extra sugar.) Anywoot, whenever I go back east I MUST snag as many iced coffees as possible, especially in the summer! Weird that Virginia is not southern enough to cause diabetes with their sweet tea– that’s why I choose iced coffee as my hot-day vice. I have only two options in the Richmond area & I am still trying to figure out why there isn’t more. So, Staples Mill, was surprised how freaking slow you are. There were two employees working and while I know that’s slim — there were only 2 customers and it took FOR_EV_ER. There was no expediency happening to make the 2 drink, 2 ice creams, and one sausage sandwich get made any faster. I waited 7 minutes for my ice coffee & I was not the last in line, ok? This wait was unnecessary — even though I was dying to get my favorite caffeine fix, I worked at a coffee place so I know what I’m talking about. The staff were not embarrassed or concerned that they were moving so slow. Um, isn’t Dunkin Donuts’ motto«It Keeps You Runnin’? Yall should hit the punch and get busy!
