I started with a small unit, then moved to another, larger unit. John is always pleasant and helpful, even when busy. He shows his concern and pride in his work and facility. He’s also very good with the paperwork. The other employees are also nice when I’ve interacted with them. This facility is near my residence, so I don’t stress about time when I go there. I don’t look forward to the renovations, but it will be even nicer when they’re done.

So far so good.
One star knocked off only because they MAKE you get insurance. I am storing some personal items of no value to others just to myself, so insurance is kinda pointless to me. But I was forced to get a policy. I like option however I do not like the «you have to» kinda options.
As far as the customer service goes, it was great! Very detailed explanations of size and units by John. He was very helpful getting our contract started.
This week I had to go back to make a change of transfer for my contract and it went well. No more than 5 mins wasted

Storage unit is OK. My upstairs 10×10 unit costs 122/mo and is accessible whenever I need it. Be beware, my cost has increased 25% over 30 month. Only my health insurance matches that.
