Halloween on Hanover Avenue

Looking for the best trick or treatin in town? Check out Hanover Ave in the fan… all the locals drag their kids over to trick or treat at the big houses on the street, and the homeowners go all out with the decorations– it’s like walking through a neighborhood haunted house! Beware, it gets pretty crowded, so you have to like a bit of chaos… but it’s all good-​natured fun!
I’ve heard a rumor that the homeowners association (not sure if it’s a formal association or not) has guidelines for it, and everyone has to participate… that’s all just conjecture though…
