So as I got cut on my hand and feet I let my sister get a mani as well and she also got cut! Horrible service and definitely need more training, lumpy nail polish and lots of cute. Won’t recommend at all

They need more training and patience. The man they call Kevin cut me twice while doing my gel manicure. Then both him and another lady couldn’t figure out how to do gel so they kept taking turns reapplying the gel polish till it was wrinkled and lumpy. Then they continued to tell me it was the light! So after curing under the led light for too long. I was left with a set of wrinkled itchy nails that I had to have redone the very next day. Also my pedicure was a sloppy mess. They need an entire overhaul. Needless to say I will not return to Hollywood nails.

I’ve been to many nail shops around richmond and have not met one I am in love with. I like this shop however. I tried two people there as far as getting my nails and I like the gentleman there and the older lady. As far as my pedicures I like Lulu and the other lady. The older lady put my nails on back in october and the lasted two months normally if i go else wear the most my nails would last 2 weeks with or without a fill. she puts the right amount of gel acrylic on my nails not too thin and not too thicke where they look fake.
