Terrible service. I waited 10 minutes to ask about a ring I was interested in. While 3 employees talked amongst themselves. And Kay your heart necklace looks like two butts.

Worst experience with a retailer ever. They are incompetent and disorganized. Don’t go there if you want a ring on time. Took over 3 wks to get it and then they forgot to size it. Go to the jeweler across from them they actually know what to do.

If you need any kind of jewelry for a special day, or for a special someone, DONOTGOTOKAYJEWELERS! I have had the absolute worst experience with them in ordering my fiancés wedding band. We ordered it with the original pick up date of 9⁄5 and within 2 weeks of us ordering it, it came in a size bigger then what was ordered. We were obviously frustrated but were ensured that it would go out the next day and that they would put a rush on it. Well a month later, when we hadn’t heard from them, we stopped by the store only to find out that it had been placed in the wrong«pile» and had not been sent out. That’s right they have piles of jewelry, and that is supposed to be an effective system! Cleary I was beyond upset. I was told that the store manager would contact me the next day and resolve the issue. That was on Sunday. I received no phone call on Monday and not even a call on Tuesday. I called them on Tuesday night to figure out the status and was told that she would contact me on Wednesday with more details because I called so late. She called me on Thursday and said that she had reordered it and it would come in September 29th! I asked for it to be rushed and she told me that she would have to contact me back after the order had been processed for 24 hours with the date of the rush… surprisingly…no call! We call them today, which is Friday, and are told that it will be rushed and be here 2 weeks from yesterday. I was not given a date, so still beyond frustrated with the stores capabilities and upset I call corporate and explain the situation in hopes to get some kind of reassuring solution or at least a date when the ring would be in by. Instead the only thing they said was I’m sorry and I’ll check on it on Wednesday! I explained to her that we were going to buy a necklace there but will no longer be purchasing anything from them ever again because of their absolutely horrible customer service and no willingness to correct a mistake that was clearly 100% their fault! To that she again said that she was sorry and would check on the status on Wednesday. To which I told her that I would have received better customer service at any fast food restaurant. I told her that at least they would fix the situation to ensure that I continued to be a customer and most importantly correct a situation. I ended the call by saying that I wish I had gotten a bad burrito, because I at least would’ve known that they would have immediately been apologetic and fixed the issue by either refunding my money or providing some sort of compensation on the most important day of our lives. My fiancé and I will be going to another jewelry store and see if we can find another ring because I do not trust that Kay Jewelers will actually get it right and I still have no clue when it will be in! Seriously better customer service at taco bell! Please do not let your friends or family go through this horrible experience!
