Been taking my daughter here for a couple years, and I’m done! She just had her first filling there and had her molars sealed. It was horrible. Not only did we wait over an hour after our appointment before being seen this last visit, but they did a crappy job cleaning her teeth, and treated her horribly. They did not warn me or her that she was going to have novacaine, and snuck up on her to give her several injections. Then they propped her mouth open very wide for about a half hour while she was sobbing. I am pretty sure she is going to be terrified of the dentist after all that. I am SO DONE.
