Tom Martin was outstanding. He returns calls for assistance promptly, and though he was booked out a month when we called in late November, he called us as soon as he had a cancellation and was here within 10 days of our initial call. He arrives when he says he will; he’s clean and efficient; he educates you gently along the way (with a nice sense of humor over the junk our nutcase kids threw in the gas fireplace). Did a fabulous, quick job on cleaning and replacing missing parts leaving us with a fire that looks and acts better than it has in years. Finally, his charges were very reasonably. Definitely highly recommend!
