I love this place better than chipotle. There three cheese queso always sets everything off. They typically have fast service. You need to know what you want when you go in. Food is always fresh and prices are reasonable except when you start getting extras.

This place used to have standards. Now, the entire restaurant, from the dining area to the visible kitchen, is filthy. Trash and food all over the floor.
The servers were surly and mumbled every time they asked about an ingredient. The young lady in charge of rolling the burritos clearly hadn’t been trained properly, and kept breaking the flour tortillas. She actually double wrapped the burrito of the guy in front of me, and then when mine broke she dumped all of the contents onto a new tortilla. And to top it off, she would turn sideways and use her pants leg as a support against the prep table to keep the burrito from rolling off. The food itself was sub-par. This place has gone from being a family favorite to being on the no-go list.

Well, what can one say about a chain/franchise restaurant?
I ate at a Qdoba in downtown Richmond c 2001 and was not impressed.
Decided to give them another try. Qdoba at White Oak Village in Henrico County.
The menu seemed very unimaginative. I got 3 tacos to go. They were small, but good, but nothing to write home about. Very scant tacos. The store was clean; the personnel were friendly.
But nothing exceptional about either of the 2 Qdobas I’ve been to. Not likely to go again. If I want imitation Mexican food, I’ll go to Taco Bell.

Qdoba is my favorite place to eat. I bought the Mexican Gumbo which was up to Qdoba standards. However, cleanliness was SUB-standard. Everything was dirty at 11:00 am. How is this possible? There was splattered red sauce on the half wall near the trash. Booth seats were dirty. Floors were dirty. Soda fountain was a mess. All napkins, utensils, lids and straws had been filled but, they didn’t clean the soda fountain?!? WTH?
New management needed immediately.

Qdobas is one of my favorite restaurants because of the healthy fresh options and reasonable price but with that being said… this particular location is disgusting! We arrived shortly after opening today and the place was filthy! From the kitchen to the dining area, old food was scattered on tables and floors, rotten lemons in the drink machine. The health department needs to pay a visit before they get someone sick!

The food is decent but was very disappointed with the way I was treated when I questioned the price of my bowl. I had been in 4 times and got chicken and guacamole and they only charged me for the meat and guacamole. The 5^th trip they tried to charge me for a bowl with was like $ 8. Now I understand if the employees who had previously charged me less were not supposed to and if that was explained I wouldn’t have been upset but I was basically told that I was a liar and never had paid less and to deal with it. I walked out and will not return.

Walked in and walked right back out. Once I watched how they were servicing the customers before me I knew that this was not the place for me. From the unprofessionalism to the unsanitary environment it was enough for me to leave. Understand the coworkers want to have personal conversations however if they going to curse they should probably lower their voices.

Effective immediately I will not be coming here ever again. The place is dirty, employees not wearing gloves, sweating profusely over the food. THEN, after a 20 min wait, I PAY for a soda & the entire machine is almost empty. (Of course diet coke is sold out) oh, and when I asked about it the manager was short and rude. This isn’t the first time.

Dirty place to eat. Kitchen & counters where food being prepared are a terrible sight! Employee stepping over trash on kitchen floor. Drink station dirty. Tables in dining room dirty. Carpet in dining room REALLY dirty. All trash cans full. No one in line, employees are just laughing& joking & talking about how how they are overworked. Meanwhile the people who have already purchased food are walking around looking for a table that is clean enough to possibly sit at… its more like the lesser of the evils…
Would NEVER come back here. Its REALLY dirty.

First time I ever ate there and the guy fixing my taco salad was rushing me and had a hard time answering my questions about the toppings. The taco shell for the salad was good but everything else was just mediocre. Not sure if I will eat here again. Not a good first impression. Sodas and tea are pricy here.

I started eating here while dieting but over time it has become my go to spot as a healthy alternative to all the fast food spots. I find Qdoba’s ingredients by far is hands down the best out of restaurants of similar styles. The consistency from store-to-store and even state-to-state is worthy to be noted.
Other noted perks are: Kids eat free on Sundays with the purchase of an adult meal; they have a rewards system for every 1,000 points and they average about 100 points per entrée. When you get 1,000 points you get a free entrée. When you add double points on Tuesday, then eating with the family it adds up pretty quick.

I love Qdoba, but this is the worst service I’ve ever experienced at a Qdoba. Ive been here 3 times and its always the same… Employees seem to be extremely unhappy here. Food quality is often inconsistent. Not a very good experience.

I switched up from my regular meal and went with a grilled chicken quesadilla. This is one of my favorite foods. When I walked into the restaurant it was empty, so i walked right up to order. The girl seemed slow to get to me, not sure why since i was the only customer. But the worst part was she burnt my tortilla… How annoying is that?.. Well, atleast me lemonade was good.

Always great food, subway style mexican, I always get the grilled veggie burrito and they have only failed me once on a to go burrito… it had all the fixings but no grilled veggies! Its my fault, I wasn’t watching… good prices for fresh fixings…
