Quiche & Carry

I recently hosted a luncheon to celebrate my Mom’s 90^th birthday. It was a «white lace tablecloth» and china service for 20. Their Quiche’s were the centerpiece of the luncheon.
They were fabulous and added elegance to the whole affair. Everyone loved them and several people told me that they don’t usually like Quiche but LOVED these. Each one was delicious. And the one gluten free Quiche we ordered for our gluten free friend said «it was the best she ever had». Several of our guest were real «foodies» in the best sense of the word and they couldn’t believe how light, flakey and flavorful they all were. (Not the heavy eggy Quiche you might be used to).
Best of all the ingredients are organic and local sourced as much as possible.
Our favorites were the corn on the bijou, the mushroom and the mediterranean. My Mom can’t have cream so she even made one of the Quiche’s with milk instead.
We served the Quiche’s with a home made organic heirloom tomato and mozzarella salad and an organic green salad with champagne vinaigrette dressing. And of course champagne mimosa’s. They all were DIVINE together.
My only advice would be to make sure you leave more time than she recommends on the box for warming up the Quiche’s. She said 20 minutes but it was closer to 40 minutes.
I can’t thank Debby enough for helping to make this such a memorable feast on all levels.

Had my first taste of the potato bacon, locally grown, organic quiche. I had to leave quickly before I shoved the entire thing in my mouth. Better than any quiche I’ve ever tasted.

A friend brought the butternut squash quiche to a potluck luncheon and we all thought it was the best quiche anyone had ever eaten! I loved how the butternut squash was cut in such thin layers and how flavorful it was. This is definitely one of the best foodie items happening in the East Bay!

OMG these quiches are unreal! I bought one (butternut squash & goat cheese– yumm) for a couple friends and we were all going crazy. Made with the freshest, organic veggies and dairy products, they are worth every penny. I can’t wait to try the gluten-​free crust quiches which I heard will be available soon at local Costcos. This product is a real winner!

I’ve tried several of their organic quiches and these are the tastiest and highest quality quiches I’ve ever had, even including those prepared in restaurants!
Each quiche will provide four to six meals, because they are thicker than many quiches and very filling.
Truly wonderful!

These quiches are amazing! I ordered two GF crust quiches for a party I had last Saturday. I could’ve easily served 4 more and everyone would have still gobbled them up! As it stands, I only got a small slice of each to sample (absolutely delish!!) so I’m really craving more! So happy quiches with GF crusts will be available in stores! I’m a HUGE fan of these quiches! I get them at the Berkeley Bowl, and at first they seemed quite expensive… until I TASTED them, and realized that I could cut up one quiche and bring a piece to work each day for the most delicious lunch ever.
I just tried a Whole Foods quiche this week — and it just doesn’t remotely hold a candle to the super-​delcious Quiche & Carry products.
You might think you don’t like quiche… but give these a try. They may change your life.

I had the PLEASURE of tasting the most delicious quiche EVER… at a business mixer of all places. I was at the West County mega-​chamber mixer at the Craneway Pavillion last week. Oh My God… so freakin good… I cannot even describe.
AND her goods are ORGANIC. NICE. She uses organic ingrediants from local farmers markets. How does it get better than that? I am going to be looking for her quiche pies at the different local stores that she sells them at.
