It doesn’t bother me that the employees here have no idea what they are talking about, it just bothers me how they pretend to know what they are talking about.

I officially love Sally’s ever since I figured out how to dye my hair bright red without bleaching it. I bought the reusable plastic bottle, the developer and the color, which is specifically for dark hair. I found the name of the product online, but once I got to Sally’s I was still kind of lost on what to do.
The employees there were friendly and so helpful. They explained to me the process and what I would need. One of them even reminded me to get plastic gloves, and I let her know I had some at home.
There’s so much to look at here and I’m usually in a rush to find my hair color and get dying at home (I hate roots!!). They have some cute stuff, including this white chiffon flower headband I got there that was on sale.

The people at this location were so friendly and helped me find what I needed. I was in and out, well could have been if I didnt spend forever looking at nail polish! Will be back for sure.
