The service was fine, and the selection of glasses was great, but the eye doctor really angered me when she was sloppy about making sure my son had his numbing drops in before the very painful eye dilation drops, so when she placed the second drop in his right eye, my son experienced a lot of pain, so much he cried. All she could say was, «don’t cry you’ll dilute the drops». I of course ran over to comfort him, and he was a trooper about it, but it was much more painful for him (8 years old) than it needed to be. I will be taking him elsewhere for these kind of exams from now on.
