Thought this company was a good company. Found out otherwise. I had them add an addition to a concrete slab in my back yard. The workers did an outstanding job. Everything was nice. Following year I asked to add some underground down spouts. They gave me a time between 9 to 10 AM. Was fine with that. The guys came over about 3:30 PM. I was not upset but I had to leave to work. Asked if I can reschedule. The guy I spoke with said yeah just call Carl the foreman. I called him and he keeps blowing me off. Says he’s gonna come by or call and he never does. I’ve called him numerous times and nothing. I even explained to him and apologized why I had to reschedule. Guess he doesn’t care. I know the job that I wanted done wasn’t a great big job worth thousands but I really wanted and needed them. Guess once you piss them off they put you on the back burner. Guess the small jobs mean crap to them and only want to deal with customers with big jobs (Little people mean nothing to these guys.)This was totally unprofessional and just wrong. I have so many outside projects that I want done and was going to give it to them.
