Lucy was the absolute best, she was hands down (no pun intended) the most overall positive waxing experience I’ve had yet!
She was extremely professional yet made me feel so comfortable that I ALMOST forgot I was getting my lady parts waxed which is normally such a traumatic excruciating experience until now!
Lucy even texted me she was running 10 minutes late for our appointment so I was just not just sitting there and is an absolute sweetheart who knows what’s she’s doing!

I just switched from Bombshell, and seriously, I am so glad, and I tried all three of their Richmond locations. There was so much turnover at Bombshell, I couldn’t keep a waxer more than a few months. If you are looking for PERSONALIZED and expert care, this is your place. I’ve been getting waxed for over ten years, and this is the first quality waxer I have met since I lived in New York City. Prices are LOWER than anywhere else, especially if you go with a package. I got a full leg wax and brazilian, which was virtually painless. I’m telling you Lucy is so expert. She holds the skin taut which reduces pain significantly. I didn’t realize how much unnecessary pain I was in during waxes until I had my wax today. She cares about her work. She pays attention to your skin and your needs. LUCY IS AMAZING!!! She is kind and technically-​savvy and made my skin glow with the Vibraderm facial. I am definitely a loyal customer, and will keep going back. I also love that she does give ideas about products, and stocks *excellent* ingredient brands that I trust… but also suggests things like aloe or coconut oil.
