Victoria’s Secret

I’m always treated great in here even when I’m looking like a slob. Very helpful staff, easy returns. Overall great experience

Woooow I’ve been to a lot of Victoria’s Secret stores in my days. But this one takes the cake in the worst ways possible. Speaking of cake, did I mention the level of fat shaming/​hating I witnessed go on in this particular store?
An associate, I believe named Sauna and several others that i didnt quite catch the names of were laughing and making fun of an older African American woman for asking for a garment in a size they clearly and openly thought she was too «hefty» for. They giggled and carried on while making references to the popular trashcan kitchen bags. Quoting the commercials saying «Hefty hefty hefty!» Under their breaths to eachother.
I exchanged glances with a few girls next to me stating in disbelief with slacked jaws at how UN professional a group of girls could act. I had been patiently waited to get sized. I was having second thoughts, and began to sincerely worry as to how I would be talked about when the fitting room doors closed. In the end I was pushed and pushed by these same girls to buy more and sign up for credit cards that I repeatedly said no to.
The ONLY associate with a professional and non pushy, super sweet attitude was a woman named Linda at the fitting rooms. If it was not for her this place wouldn’t even earn one star. Where were the managers in all of this? I’ll be going to Stony Point or ANY other location besides here.
