Waffle House

I love the atmosphere everybody was very friendly considering it was my first time there I am from out of town, The experience was great the waffles, the sausages the bacon I could Not! complain about it anything, Everything was well cooked and the waitress was amazing very on point with her service, I would most definitely come back here again when I’m in town hopefully I can go back to the Waffle House and eat before I leave Yuummm

Ghetto! The staff sits in the booths where the customers are supposed to sit and they are loud, which means you probably will not want to eat inside. No professionalism whatsoever and also rude over the phone when I was placing my order. I was excited to have a Waffle House around the corner but that quickly changed. It needs a WAY better staff. Also, the food tastes, okay.

I want to give this location another star –I really do. They start ironing out problems and then just when it looks like they have got a handle on how to do short order they slide back again. It’s been like playing Chutes and Ladders going here. The cooks get their act together and the waitstaff takes a vacation to some other universe leaving customers’ orders waiting to be picked up, or manages to bring you someone else’s order if they bring anything at all. The waitstaff get their act together and the cooks forget how to deal with more than one item at a time resulting in the last thing they cooked being fresh and hot while the rest of your order goes from warm to cool to congealed.
The managers seem to be receptive to trying to get things straightened out. So far the best I can say about them, besides they are trying, is that I no longer have to ask them to discount my check to make up for the screwups. I just have to explain to them what happened.
Don’t bring little kids who are hungry and get cranky if they do not get food quickly.
