Wendy’s

This Wendy’s is near our house. I don’t really go to other Wendy’s but I feel like the people here are always nice and pleasant.

This is quite possibly the worst fastfood restaurant I’ve ever been to. The real shame in this is the place isn’t dirty, I can deal with poor employee attitude from time to time but what kills this place is they almost never get your order correct.
The food is never that bad but unfortunately I’m usually eating someone else’s food. If you don’t check your order and I mean every individual thing you ordered once you get home its a coin flip if you will have way more than what you ordered or if you will have way less than what you ordered but the constant is you will NOT have what you ordered. I don’t even know how this place has lasted this long.

Pulled into Wendy’s drive-​through was met with a what do you want attitude and when I said oh how was your day I got what do you want, so I gave them my order. Get to the window, takes my money and and the woman’s attitude was still a very shitty. I open up my bag there are two things of chili as I ordered but no Napkins, spoon crackers nothing
I have found this is the second Wendy’s I will never come to again what crappy attitudes Wendy I am so sorry your father is probably rolling in his grave
I still fear she may have put something in my food would you eat it?

Worst. Wendys. Ever. Staff could care less. Never had a good experience. Rarely get the order right, even if only two things. Hateful, angry, and rude is how I would describe staff and yes, management. 1 word interactions if you lucky. Crappy burger buns have tasted stale after window server has thrust bag at me angrily for ordering. I’ll drive to short pump IF I ever get the craving again. Hate these haters.

Long wait to be helped even though there was not very many people inside place. There were several employees just standing around talking and one guy doing most of the work. The new BBQ sandwhich I ordered quad SOAKED in BBQ sauce, almost to the point of disgusting. When we did get our food, it seemed cold. The establishment had several boxes stacked on tables in the dining area. This Wendy’s was sub-​par to others I have been to as far as quality and customer service.

I have updated my stars to Wendy’s to 4. Recently they have shown to be better at their service at the counter as well as getting the food out in a timely manner for a Fast Food Restaurant. In addition, the last couple of meals, they were not over cooked. Recently I tried the new Flatbread Asiago Grilled Chicken Sandwich, and I was quite surprise in how good it tasted. It had a generous amount of chick and Applewood bacon on the sandwich. To my much surprise, I enjoyed the sandwich and would order it again.
The real drawback I see with Windy’s and why they do this… I guess only GOD knows… It is annoying when you need to ask for a refill on your drink. You have to flag someone down or wait until he/​she is finished ringing a customer up to refill your drink. Why not put it out there so people can fill their own drinks and move on. I think personally they do this in the hopes to keep cost down on their soda bill as they feel like most people including myself will not go back to ask for a refill, or it is their way in saying we will make it difficult for you if you buy a small drink so you should spend the extra on the large so you do not have to come back…
