Ate here and the food & service excellent. They were courteous and very polite. There was 5 of us and we were promptly and correctly served. The food was fresh and tasted wonderful. I highly recommend here and we will certainly be returning on a regular basis.

This place, since grand opening, has been a major disappointment. Previously they had a higher rating from me… but now they don’t deserve it.
You might see higher ratings, but they were lucky, consistently they are not that great.
My food is rarely made in a timely manner, my order is always wrong, my food is sloppy, and the service is practically non-existent. I love Panera, at least my regular one in Omaha, but this franchise is the worst and I’m not paying that much money to get sub-par food and service.
I have given them the last chance. I ordered a Turkey Avocado BLT with an apple and green tea this last time. As usual they barely gave me any avocado and it wasn’t even sliced, they forgot my apple, and it took then 8 minutes to get my green tea, I’m not kidding. 8 minutes to make a drink that comes out of a fountain!
If you want fresh food, good quality service and decent prices, this is NOT the place for you.

Haven’t been here in a while. Came back today with my niece for lunch. Food came out quick, hot and fresh. Rob, one of the managers on duty was awesome, great customer service! He was out at tables asking customers about their visit, even helped cleaned up. That’s respectable, managers working shoulder to shoulder with their employees.
The woman ringing us up had an attitude, acted like she was the manager. Usually our panera entrée card comes with a small drink so we have ordered a drink. She said it doesn’t come with a drink and completely removed the drink off without asking us if we’d like to purchase a drink! He took care of it though. I’d give it a 5 but she was rude.
My family and I love panera when we want something light and healthy to eat.

I’m not a fan of Panera just because of the «healthy» food thing. Mac and cheese was bomb and turkey bacon bravo were pretty great. Staff was very courteous, and my gf enjoyed everything though. Aside from the price it was all a great experience.

This was my first ever experience at panera. It wasn’t crowded, and the staff was nice. The food seemed a little too pricey to me, but that’s just my opinion. I had the Napa almond chicken salad sandwich, and it was pretty good! The bread is great, and the sweet tea wasn’t half bad either! Over all, I’d say it’s okay. We may go there again, but only when we don’t care about the somewhat hefty price tag.

Not worth the wait. Always SLOOOW, and takes forever to order. We came in tonight to a half empty restaurant and it took 20 minutes (not an exaggeration) to place our order.

The honeymoon is over. I’ve ordered 4 times now. One catering order was missing items. At 2 – 3 bucks a pastry, missing items adds up quick. Today, eating in with the family. Order time to delivery was slow, almost 40 min. Our order was wrong. It was corrected but needed to go back twice. I even had to microwave my soup. Not a great day.

I ordered an hour ahead of time and it wasn’t ready when I got there and spent $ 40 on food and only one thing was right (mac and cheese). It was wrong from my side orders being wrong to bagels being sliced, which was not what I wanted. Maybe they need more time to get use to things as they didn’t seem to have it together. I will try again as I have missed Panera ever since I moved to MS. but overall I was not impressed and wished I would have checked everything before I left.

Terrible. Small portions for the price. The food had no flavor. The lighting is terrible, it was too dark to sit in some areas. It was a total waste of money in my opinion.

When we walked into the store the line was so long! If I had to guess I’d say twenty or more people were in front of me, but I wanted Panera so bad I stuck around. Luckily the line moved super fast, and a waitress was offering chocolate chip cookie and chocolate danish samples while we waited. Yum! I made it to the register between eight to ten minutes.
This day I ordered the edamame blend soba noodles with a mango tea which were both delicious! The restaurant was so crowded that day, yet they still managed to get my food out to me in less than ten minutes.
All the waiters and waitresses were super kind. The restaurant was clean. I’m probably going to eat here every day for weeks. Ha!
