I came here once for brunch a while ago. I wasn’t Unilocaling back then but I still remember this place as having the best eggs benedict ever. The pork belly eggs benedict was AWESOME. Eggs were cooked PERFECTLY. The runny yolk flows like lava on a volcano. What a gorgeous sight and damn it was delicious. And using PORKBELLY rather than a thin slice of bacon as most other places do, is ABSOLUTELYGENIUS. Pork belly and eggs are two of my favorite things in the world and they married so well in this dish. …I don’t remember what else I ate here but everything was good… from what I recall… black coffee! yes, black coffee was strong and decent here. I will definitely come back here one day!

Ordered over the phone for delivery from here. $ 10 minimum for delivery, cash only. Their burger and fries were delicious! The burger comes with cheese and lettuce, tomato, onion and pickles on the side. I asked for my burger medium-rare and it was. Delivery time was reasonable too. Great deal, would order again.

I love this place! Great food, it’s pretty small but it’s enough room for you to be comfortable. My steak was cooked the way I like it, the salad was fresh and my drinks were strong. I wouldn’t recommend the lemon drop if you like tasty drinks but the mimosas good.

I was delighted the first time that I came to eat here. This is a nice brunch & dinner spot on Myrtle. The pork belly eggs benedict was a highlight. I’ve had success bringing visitors here. I wish they would update the menu more often, or have a wider variety of brunch and dinner options. I also still cannot successfully pronounce the name, and wish I had an easier way to suggest this spot to friends!

What a pleasant surprise, great good at moderate pricing! With a limited menu this restaurant offers a variation of foods that is acceptable to most. There is a good mix of seafood, poultry, and meat on the menu. The brunch menu includes some variants of Mexican flavor such as quesadilla, and huevos rancheros. Eggs Benedict with lox or lobster is also on the brunch menu, and both were delicious. We also tried the steak & eggs, wish was prepared to perfection. Do not leave there without trying their chocolate soufflé that is served with pistachio ice cream with plenty of pistachio chunks. This takes about 12 minutes to prepare in the kitchen, so order with your caffe. The prices are very reasonable with good attentive table service!!! Worth the trip to Ridgewood!

This place is so delicious and really cute. The staff is really friendly and helpful. Even their restrooms are nice. I had a chicken sandwich with fries. My mom had steak and eggs. We both loved it. I will definitely be coming back here.

I went to this restaurant twice since its in my neighborhood. The first time was for brunch. The food was just okay. I had the frittata and the bf had the burger. The food was bland and not exciting. The second time I came for dinner. The meal I had at this establishment was the worst meal I have had in a very long time. I ordered the ricotta ravioli in a sweet sauce. My food had no flavor whatsoever the only thing I could taste was ricotta. The ravioli was not cooked properly and was hard around the edges. To say it was boring is an understatement. My bf ordered the pork chop and explained his was also lacking on seasoning. I hate wasting food but I could not eat my dish. Then when the manager came over and asked how everything was and we explained what was going on he had nothing to say. I have worked in the food service industry for years and when a customer dislikes their food we immediately take it back and offer them something else. His response was«well you did just order ricotta ravioli and that’s how it taste». He did not ask if I would like something else despite seeing me not eat the dish. He also did not even comp the meal. The boring bland food, and the lack of knowledge on customer service in the food industry is why I will not be coming here again. I am surprised this place has such high reviews.

The best new restaurant in Ridgewood. Despite being in the neighborhood for two years. The restaurant is warm and inviting with an English pub vibe. Paintings fur sake adorn the walls. Great for two or a group. And if you need to throw a larger shindig there is a party room available upstairs. The servers are attentive but not overbearing. Or hurry a customer out. Some places are known for either great meal or a great dessert but they have great both! The park belly eggs Benedict was phenomenal. Everything was freshly made and perfect. They’re coffee tastes like coffee. Literally the best pistachio ice cream I’ve had. Go for lunch, brunch, dinner and boom your next party there.

Happened to be in the neighborhood this afternoon, so my best friend(and fellow foodie) and I stopped in to check this place out. It was 1pm and they were only serving from the brunch menu. There was a private party going on in the party room upstairs and a large party of cackling women at the long table in the center of the small restaurant. The restrooms are located down a narrow stairwell and through a small hallway in the basement. I almost suggested we go somewhere else. Boy, am I glad I sat down and gave this place a fair shake. The food and service knocked my socks off! I had the pork belly eggs Benedict, which was heavenly! The pork belly was so crisp yet melted in my mouth like butter. The eggs were perfectly cooked and the hollandaise was used sparingly, but just enough to highlight all the flavored and textures of the dish. A small spring mix salad was served on the side with a tangy dressing. Our server and busboy were both on point. My water glass never went empty. Somehow, I left room for dessert and chose the light yet decadent chocolate soufflé, which was served warm with a delightful pistachio ice cream. And a latte so perfect that I had to order a second one – it was that good! I was climbing the walls from the caffeine overdose but it was so worth it – masterfully crafted with rich espresso and velvety foam. I can’t wait to go back so we can try the regular menu!

We ate there last night for dinner. I had the steak which was a good sized portion and cooked medium rare to perfection. The potatoes were well done although there was only a couple. This Midwestern er can never have enough so feel free to pile them on:) While I’m not a huge spinach fan, I did enjoy the sautéed spinach and it owasnt canned:) Aside from the steak, what stood out to me was the gravy which was the icing on the cake for the entire meal. My bf had the fish, and he gave me a piece. It was juicy and not overdone at all. The service was superb and attentive. We’re still talking about the meal… and that steak… oh yea! We’ll be back!

Cuisine: 7 Service: 7 Décor: 6 Value: 7 Overall: 7 Been here twice for brunch and the food is pretty solid. The décor is okay but the second floor private room that fits 30+ people is really a plus. With my friends all humping like bunnies and our group constantly getting larger, I think we may be here a few more times over the years.

One of the few brunch spots in Ridgewood and its a good one. Got the following — Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict — This was a very good dish, enjoyed it, good taste and the yolk dripping perfectly. Would order this again — French Toast with Nutella and fruits — This was bit overly sweet and feels more like a desert then for brunch. Although it was good, I was looking to get something something less sweet, so wouldnt order this again. Overall the décor is splendid, good lighting the a gem for the location. The front of the restaurant kind of makes it hard to even notice it is there since it doesnt have any real restaurant store front logo showing.

My boyf and I were hungover, starving, and having a hanger(hunger/anger) fueled argument about where to go. He wanted food immediately, I wanted a burger. After a minor meltdown, we chose Ltauha based on burger availability and proximity to the amazing, huge Food Bazaar. We were seated quickly. The space is cute and the service is attentive. He had the pork belly benedict — very good, a little fatty. I had the burger(duh). The burger was top notch. I added bacon(duh) and ordered it medium rare. I can’t count how many times my burger or steak has been over cooked. Luckily, this wasn’t one of those times. Home fries needed more seasoning, but otherwise good. Bloody Mary a bit.. . off. I’ll definitely be back next time I NEED a burger.

Came here on a Sunday at 1230 since it’s so close to my house — brunch time !!! We ordered the Brioche French Toast, bacon, huevos rancheros, side of potatoes. The Seven grain French toast was very tasteful oh and the coffee as well! The service was very attentive — I love a place that is always refilling coffee and water ! Had a mimosa that I shouldn’t have ordered since I was full with coffee but nonetheless that was tasteful too It’s so good that Ridgewood has a place like this

Stopped in for brunch after having this bookmarked for so long. I was surprised there was a brunch spot on this side of Myrtle since this area is not yet ~gentrified~ but I was happy nonetheless. I had the steak and eggs and my bf had the frittata special. The steak and eggs dish was a generous portion but it was rather lackluster. The potatoes had a distinctive flavor — tasted a lot like chicken soup. It was strange. I think they’re simmered in a chicken stock of some sort. Whatever the case, it was a weird flavor and I didn’t like it at all. The mixed greens were great, eggs were good — but the steak was very dry and also had that weird chicken stock flavor. The overall dish was very underwhelming — don’t do it. The frittata special, however, was delicious. It was served in a casserole dish and had a mix of spicy sausages, eggs, cheese, peppers, onions — the works. With that combo it was really hard to not taste amazing. Mimosas were tasty and pretty large and the service was great. I’ll return to try the other dishes.

So I came here for a nice brunch. Guess what didn’t happen? What’s worse, the waitress cracking a glass jar of cream and spilling it all over your buddies at the table, or having another waitress take your card, run it 8x, then come back to your table proclaiming, THECARDISDENIED? No, this is worse — Dealing with your stupid face when I ask that we be moved because there is literally cream all over my sneakers, table, the next booths coat, the bench, along with shards of the cream jar. No wait, forgot one. Looking at the bill, and seeing no initial attempt at compensation, and asking for the manager, only for him to be very apologetic(thank you for that at least) offer a discount and some drinks on the house. But wait… the waitress isn’t done yet. Let’s run the charge card 8x and when it asks for an AMEX pin, which is LOCATEDONTHEFRONTOFTHECARD, let’s put a random number on the back of the cars and activate fraud protection on my card. Yes, let’s do that. I’ve attached a screenshot of my fraud detection email from amex, after having to put detections on all the charges, hoping none of them would go through, after waiting on hold for 29 minutes with amex. Thank you, LTAHUA, for ruining my Saturday afternoon. One star because I called them afterwards to ask about them making sure they didn’t go through with their initial charges(I wound up paying with a VISA) and the manager said they would follow up with me the following Monday. Took my name and number, never heard back. I’m sure the food would have been been, but this place left too much of a terrible taste in my mouth for me to notice.

No changes in the rating, as they’ve always been a five star business to me. Many more visits later, we still haven’t been disappointed. This is a solid joint! I commented quite a bit on their wall décor in my first review and it looks like all of that has been addressed. My OCD is at peace.

What an amazing find, as I walked around Myrtle Avenue during my lunch break. I was in the mood for either a sandwich or a burger and I saw their menu outside and decided to give it a try. I only had a few minutes left so I decided to have my lunch to go, I got their chicken sandwich with just $ 2 more you can add bacon and it was one of the most amazing chicken sandwiches I’ve ever had, it came with seasoned crispy fries and I couldn’t stop raving about it at work that a few of my co-workers went the next day and both had their Portobello Panini and went again the following day because they loved it that much. The second time I went, I brought more co-workers with me and we all got different dishes of their menu except for me. I got their steak sandwich on a sour dough bread that was the special of the day. We all loved our dishes and was talking about how this was our new spot and we couldn’t wait to go back. I asked the server how the name of the place is pronounced and I still can’t seem to say it correctly, it has a silent«T» and I still can’t say it correctly. This past Friday some of my co-workers mentioned they were going to Ltauha to pick up lunch and this time I decided to try their Grilled Cheese sandwich, I was afraid that I was going to get jipped out of a $ 10 grilled cheese sandwich because I thought it was going to be a small one but it was not. It was juicy and the right size and worth the 10 bucks. This place just keeps getting better and better. The décor is phenomenal and they have customized wooden tables and benches all around, they even have a second floor that I still have not yet seen. I saw they offer brunch and I told the boo we need go the one weekend because I know I would not be disappointed since everything I have eaten has surpassed my expectations.

So it was a windy Sunday morning and I got up early to find a brunch place. I looked at my bookmark list and decided on this restaurant. I had to convince my husband to drive because he really wanted to stay local. Anyway we drove to Queens and once we arrived we had a bit of a hard time finding parking. Once we walked inside I wasn’t overwhelmed by the ambience. We were seated immediately and provided with menus. While beverages were listed coffee and tea weren’t on the menu so it was not clear whether they were part of the brunch or not sold. The waitress was okay. When I asked her for recommendations she had none. She couldn’t even say what the most popular item was. I ordered a tea which was Luke warm hence I had to ask for HOT water. The food took forever so I was surprised to find that it was not hot. There was nothing special about the food at all. We ordered the burger and steak with eggs. The burger meat was thick and kind of dry. The steak was small and lacked flavor. While the fries were hot they were not seasoned and adding salt didn’t help. I wanted my eggs over hard. They were slightly burned but not hard… My big takeaway from this experience is when I see high ratings for a place I need to see what else is in the neighborhood. I fear that the ratings are high because there are no other options. I will not be going back.
