Ride Reserve

HORRIBLE DO NOT EVER USE THEM!!! We travelled from Scottsdale to Tucson at a cost of $ 213.88 in a car with NO AIR CONDITIONER., windows open blowing in hot desert air. The car had a spare bonnet tied to the roof which flew off on the highway, very scary! Then driver reverses back to get bonnet, we sit in car with no air conditioning while he tries to tie it back — can’t do it so puts it in back of car (see photo) — so more hot air into car and stress of will it slide into U.S. In back seat.
So after horror trip ring the owners number given to us by driver — he says he will ring back, of course he never does. We try to ring every day for a week and get voicemail (obviously ignoring our number).
This was a disgrace and we paid over $ 200 for it!
If I could leave no stars I would, have to leave one but don’t want to!
