Yates Astro Termite & Pest Control

Great people, fast response, 100% satisfied.
While doing some minor repairs to the exterior of my folks home we found termites. we have used Yates Astro pest control for many many years, and the techs who came out were always great.
We called Yates Astro and the woman who took our initial call was great, politely and accurately Informing me of when the tech would be available, and having Jason call when he was in-​route. Within the hour Jason called and arrived on time. He evaluated the problem, determined that we had a recent minor termite infestation probably resulting from the wet summer. He treated the area, and contacted the in-​house carpenter who would be fulfilling their repair warranty and repairing the damage.
Mark the carpenter came out the next day, and was very knowledgeable of the building construction in our area, and he also did a thorough assessment. He was able to match the exterior boards exactly.

Our home is now repaired and we are delighted that everything worked so efficiently. I have heard of problems with other pest control companies who did not handle covered repairs satisfactorily, but our experience with Yates Astro in Savannah was excellent and deserved the highest available rating on Unilocal.
Their Tech named. «Doc» took care of us for many years, and was always thorough and helpful. Our new service Tech named Jason has demonstrated that he is 100% competent, and we look forward to working with him to make sure these recently discovered termites never return.

I just moved into a new house and discovered I might have some unwanted vermin in the attic. I scheduled an appointment with Yates because the house already came with a termite bond. I scheduled an appoint for them to come at 4:30 on Friday. No showed up… by 5PM I called to inquire about my appt and they said someone showed up and knocked on the door and no one was home. I had been in the house since at least 5 to 10 mins before my appt time. So they said the guy was gonna come right back. An hour after I called them still no one. I called them back and of course they all went home and no one answered my phone. Guess I’ll have to find someone else who wants my business.
