Been going to them for as long as I remember. Even when I was at Fresno state I would schedule them in on weekends I’d be home! Only place I’ll let trim my beard. Mallory, mo, and Becky are the best!

Love this place! Faye does a fantastic job and always has great suggestions. I won’t let anyone touch my hair but her.
Not only that, but her and the rest of the ladies are always cheerful and friendly! My husband gets his hair cut by Mallory and she does a great job! She’s also so friendly and bubbly. We just love this place. Kudos to you all.

Mallory did my hair and she did amazing! Absolutely love it every time. She’s super patient with me because I can never make up my mind on what I want to do with my hair. Always comes out better than I expect it to be!

I have been going here since I was a kid and I can’t imagine going anywhere else! The whole staff is full of lovely ladies, but Becky is my lady of choice! She has always done an exceptional job on my cut, color, and styles! The prices aren’t bad either! Even when I lived out of area I would still travel back here to get my hair done.

Faye at California Styling is the best of the best! When it’s time for my appointment I don’t need to say anything about my color. Faye just knows if I need highlights or low lights to make it just perfect. Both my husband and I have been going to California Styling for 11 plus years after relocating to Ripon and we feel so comfortable with everyone that anyone there can take care of our needs.
The prices at California Styling are very reasonable and the shop is very welcoming. So if you are looking for a new stylist please give them a try. You will not be disappointed!

Had my hair done Thursday 1÷07÷16.
I had gone in on the Monday before for a consult (with Monique) as it was going to be a big hair change (long black hair to a shoulder-​length a-​line ombré).
I was quoted 2 hours, $ 95-​$ 105 and I made the appt. Day of, Faye ends up as my stylist (Becky was out sick).
Appointment went as expected, ran long (3 hours) no worries. I was charged $ 125, but being excited to have a new hairstyle, I paid/​thanked her and went on my merry way.
Having worked the last 3 days I haven’t had time to play with my hair or check it out. So when I finally straightened and styled it yesterday the color is sort of all over, and the cut is not an a-​line and kind of boxy since I wanted a blunt cut.
I’m really hoping when I call/​go in tomorrow that they will help me out and fix it.
I will be updating my review after that!

I’ve been getting my haircut here for more than 10 years now and I’ve always left satisfied. I’ve had my haircut by every single hair stylist there minus Alex. As of now I usually go to Monique and recently I had her cut my hair into an A-​line, I didn’t have her style it at the time since I was in a rush and when I did get a chance to style it myself I didn’t like it… so I called back and was able to come in right away and she took her time to fix it how I wanted. I would highly recommend this salon if your in Ripon or nearby.

Hate this place! I wanted red streaks in my hair and they turnedpink! When I called I told them what happened they rescheduled me. and when I got there they informed me the girl called in sick (it was Valentine’s day) I explained to them I had two small children at home and worked full time and that it was very hard for me to find a babysitter. I asked if they could just refund me the money for the red and they said no. I called the owner Faye and she hung up on me several times, when I asked her for their business license number she told me I would have to get it myself and she hung up on me. They are very unprofessional and I would suggest spending your money someplace else! Hate this place!!!

I absolutelty loving coming to California Styling! It has been open for a long time! Alex and Faye are very nice people. Becky and the rest of the staff are also very friendly. The best part is, this is a hair salon that really knows how to do hair. The customer service is wonderful and the people make you feel at home. Enjoy it and recommend it to anyone :)
