I found this lash place on groupon. I called and the owner Valerie seemed nice. I got to book one appointment for two people. Trying to reschedule and get a return call from Valerie has been disappointing and extremely unprofessional on her part not to return calls! If she is refusing service, everyone is entitled to a reason why, instead of being in the dark not knowing why this lady won’t return calls from customers. I would not recommend her to anyone who wants lash extensions. She lacks friendliness and professional skills.
