Pros: 1. Very close to the Creation Museum(Less than 20 minutes) 2. Helpful, friendly staff 3. Huge, spacious campsites 4. Mature shade trees 5. Great swimming pool with a water slide 6. Clean bathhouse with hot water 7. Extremely quiet at night NO traffic noise 8. Large playground area 9. Basketball court 10. Natural views of outdoor nature all around(This campground is nestled along side the Ohio river.) Cons: I personally had none. Some may miss the gravel pads if that is what you are accustomed to pulling your camper/RV onto. I didn’t miss it because there was plenty of level ground. Comments: I take an annual camping trip somewhere with each grandchild. I found this campground to be a true gem for the reasons listed above. My grandson had a great time and was already dreaming of coming back as we pulled up to head home. We stayed three nights during the middle of a week. From what I understand, there are meals offered for a nominal price on Friday nights to make for a little less stress/hassle coming in on a weekend. One of the owners shared his knowledge of area sights and told us of a local museum with history of the area and about a skate park nearby where my grandson could have fun with his bicycle. We took in both activities — with free admission. These were an added bonus to our trip that I would not have known about. The owners seem to be focused on community involvement too. They are people who make every attempt to make your stay memorable and enjoyable. If you are looking for a family friendly place this is it. Would we come here again? YES!
