I really like this library. It’s small and has a comfy feeling. The décor inside is beautiful. The library offers all kids of fun activities for kids of all ages throughout each month. They have special events for seniors as well. And they don’t leave the dads behind as they have coffee and doughnut time on occasions for daddy’s and kids.

A great looking historic building for a library. The place is unique and worth to visit just for the architech. The staff was very helpful and cherry. many places forgot about the importance of a unique visit for a library and put up drab office buildings in place.

I visited this library once through out my entire life. Yes I brought kids cause yes I do babysit. Why isn’t this library kid friendly? Very bad attitude, and sad to see that. Cause hello you deal with kids all day. I will not be returning and sticking to Oak Park and Elmwood Par’

I like this little-known and seldom-visited library. Yes it’s small, but it’s got more books and DVDs than anyone can handle alright. The coolest thing about this place: free concerts. The last time I was there, an opera singer happened to perform in the conference room. It was the most beautiful half hour I ever spent in a public library. Another plus: the River Forest library card works just as good at its Oak Park big sister.
