Pizza Hut

The service at this particular Pizza Hut is ridiculous.
The manager here is an older woman who acts like
She doesn’t have a clue on how to run a business.
We called in a pie for pickup, and instead of letting
The customers know that one of your ovens were
Down, and the wait might be a little longer, these
Idiots take your order and act like its business as
Usual. Then they have you waiting and waiting and
Don’t even have enough sense in their heads to offer
Something off for the wait or even a soft drink for
That matter. The sad thing about it is that the last
Couple of times I was here it was something else.
They really need a totally new staff, and that
Manager needs to be put out to pasture because
She’s totally useless.

So far my pizza is an hour late. I think I’m giving up on anything that has to do with delivery in this area. The managers, drivers, none of them know what they’re doing. Luckily I’m only here for a few more weeks.

Wow, the pizza was an hour late. We were at a friend’s house, who lives four minutes away, down the street.
Its twenty minutes late, so we call.
The employee says that the delivery person should be here by now. Well, they weren’t.
Its now an hour. We call again, we ask to speak to the manager. Lord, I know this gum-​smacking-​on-​the-​phone, attitude-​having, barely speaking proper English female is not the manager! Where are the standards? Up someone’s colon and in a big case of the runs???
She literally says, «Sooooo…*smacks gum* what do you want me to do about it?» Honestly? I want you to walk your butt down .2 miles with two hot stuffed crust pizzas so we and our toddlers can eat. That’s what I want you to do, as the supposed manager. Its getting late, and we got hungry kids with bedtimes here!
Apparently as I was on the phone with her, the delivery girl was running out the door.
The girl smacks her gum (SERIOUSLY? ON THE PHONE? DID YOUR PARENTS RAISE YOU WITH NO MANNERS?) And says, «yeah, our delivery girl is leaving now. She got lost before.»
This is the only street with this name around, and its literally less than half a mile away. How did she get lost for an hour? Why does your story make no sense? And who the hell would make you a manager???
I can’t. Nope. I can’t.

Called in for delivery and the worker said that they can’t deliver because they have 15 orders behind and have one deliver guy. So I say in going to pick up and they told me that it’s going to be 15 mins. I went there to pick up and it take them an hour for them to get my money and than another 30 mins before I get my one large pizza. There’s 4 workers at the back the phone keep ringing nobody cares to answer it. SHAME! No more ordering pizza from here.
