Aldo Shoes

This Aldo’s team was so friendly. The manager, Kallie, was so helpful and it looked like she really works hard at keeping the store clean and ensuring that all their customers are well taken care of. They also help a lot if you go in looking for a shoe but unsure what style you should go with. And they’re all so beautiful and nicely dressed. Just looking at them sells you on buying their shoes.

Caveat emptor… buyer beware. BUYING HERE is not a good idea ! If you have to return shoes after trying them on they will say you wore them and refuse the teturn. I had my recept and original packaging. I will never shop here again Ever !

The manager there on a Saturday was very nice and helpful. I will ask her name when I go back.
I can buy my size easily on
, but I like to see the shoe and feel the quality before I buy. After she confirmed they don’t have my size in a specific shoe (typical for most brick and mortar stores), she can order them and I have the choice of them being shipped to my home or the store. I chose the store because if they don’t fit, I can refund them on the spot without having to go to the UPS store!
I’m pleased that I have a good local shoe resource. Aldo have beautiful, quality, leather, reasonably priced shoes and better prices than Nordstrom.

The customer service here is amazing. The manager Kim went way out of her way to make my shopping experience. I needed help picking new shoes as a gift for my girlfriend and Kim helped me get the perfect pair! The store is clean and the shoe selection and availability was a plus.
