Fantastic. I wish I had more watches that needed service. I came in for a battery on a Tissot, I was in and out in 5 minutes. This is a very tidy, professional shop. They had some great prices on clocks and watches as well. Please go check them out if you are in need.

This is a nice little place off a main street. When you walk inside, you can hear the ticking of over a hundred different clocks, it’s quite relaxing.
I had to come here to get a watch battery replaced, and the lady (the owner’s daughter I think) got it done in about 2 minutes. It cost $ 8 and the watch is working great. No complaints, and I’ll be back next time I need anything done.

I had them move a grandfather clock from one location to another. Very professional and reasonably priced. Will definitely use them again in the future.

Took my watch here 3 months ago. Brought my Hugo Boss watch to get the battery changed. The lady there was struggling to replace the battery. I overheard her say that it was now running (in Spanish), moments later it wasn’t running no more, that’s odd. (They didn’t think I spoke Spanish) Took it to two other repair shops and they said I had a servicing issue, that motor is not functioning no more. I took it to the Tyler mall and they told me that the person that opened it first had messed up my watch because my watch was suppose to be functioning good for 10years+ and the fragile parts were wrecked. It was barely 3 years and I had never taken it anywhere else. The guy at this store wanted me to let the watch there overnight so that he could inspect the problem and would charge me over 75 $. I think he didn’t want to tell me they messed up my watch because every other places I took it to found the issue within 10 minutes max. Will not go back here.

Great service for all your watch & clock needs. Fast prompt courteous repairs & service. Had batteries replaced on four watches and links removed on a watch band. Fast while you wait, great prices and great work! This was a fantastic referral from a friend. This will be my watch & clock service center from now on. Give it a try…

Walked in to get a watch of mine fixed and they had great customer service very friendly and helpful they don’t try to just sell some junk to you instead. Noticed they also had G-​Shocks and plenty to choose from and great prices. Also some of the Invicta watches look great for the price.

Have been coming here for years… he’s knowledgable in everything clock/​watch related. Also super nice and with the best prices around. Wayyyy cheaper to get a battery change here than at the mall. Definitely recommend checking Alexander’s out!

What a find!!! I came to visit family. My watch stopped needed battery. My granddaughter need her watch battery too. Found Alex on Unilocal.Fixed her watch band and battery my battery. Total cost came to the same price that the mall quoted for just my battery. Please riverside keep this biz going!!!

Amazing! — I brought 8 watches for battery replacements and was charged just $ 35 for all of them. These were brand name watches — Coach, Fendi, Burberry, & Brighton. I expected a much higher price due to the watch brand but to my surprise, I didn’t. I also had my Movado watch resized and battery replaced — all for $ 20. #Happytimekeeper!

Looking for a place to get a new battery for your watch, have a watch band sized or get a watch/​clock fixed… THIS IS THE PLACE to go! Very reasonable and excellent customer service! And I agree with all the other reviewers, this is the only place I take me watches to be serviced! Alex is the BEST along with his family members!

Brought two watches there, a Kenneth Cole and a Michael Cors, for battery replacement. It took them less than 10 minutes and charged $ 15 even. Speedy and affordable business.

Took my cuckoo clock to get a minor fix because the chain was off the wheel. Alexander fixed it in less than 5 minutes and told me no charge for that. This guy is great! He really knows a lot about clocks. Plus, he’s got quite an impressing collection in his shop.

Got my grandfather clock serviced and repaired through Alex. He gave the clock a tune up and repaired the bottom that had cracked. Picked up and delivered it back when he was finished. This was the second time we took it to Alex for maintenance. Has lots of experience and knows what he’s doing.

Don’t take your watches to the mall for battery changes or repair. Take them here! Unlike the minimum wage mall lackey’s, The owner of Alexander’s is a trained watchmaker (unfortunately they’re getting rarer and rarer by the day). Between my wife and my 6 dead watches, he was able to change 6 different batteries in about 25 minutes or so. They were all set to the correct time and date too!

This place is AMAZING! what a hidden gem in riverside. Tucked away in the corner of a small shopping center is where the store is located. I brought an older fossil watch to get the battery replaced. the woman working was so friendly and nice! She replaced the battery in under 10 min and charged me $ 5! I’ve told all my friends and family about this place, I will never go anywhere else for watch repair again!

This is the only place (outside of the manufacturer’s service center) that I have faith in to do any type of work on my watches. I had a Chinese made mechanical movement watch that had stopped running. Alex is a very experienced jeweler and was able to get it running again within 20 minutes. He offers very reasonable prices for the quality of work done. I’ve been here multiple times for various watch related requests and never walked out of there dissatisfied. I highly recommend Alexander Clocks & Watches!

Very nice owners! I had my brand new watch resized and it was done within 10 min for $ 10. I would recommend for anyone looking for watch services.

I went to Alex to size my watch and he did it for $ 10! He was amazing and so sweet. It is the cutest little shop and he dropped what he was doing to help me. He did it very quickly and perfectly. I wish I had more watches to bring to him!

Went there today and the watch maker authenticated a Rolex for me for no charge!
He tried replacing a battery from an ancient Seiko watch as well, but the old battery leaked so the movement was toast :(But he didn’t even charge for that!
I did have him add a link to the Rolex band– all service was fast and professional. He took his time looking over the Rolex and checking the movement inside to verify authenticity.
Excellent service! I wish they were closer to me so I could go more often.
