DONOT go here. The owner is unethical, offering products and services which he cannot deliver. He is not compassionate to the needs of patients who suffer hearing loss and the collateral damage associated with this disability. He baits and switches customers on products and is only concerned with what the insurance company will or will not pay. He tries to sell junk which costs him less than what the insurance company will reimburse and then tells the customer their insurance is paying 100%.He complains and whines constantly about the insurance companies, which is very unprofessional, in my opinion. He also makes suggestive and inappropriate comments to female customers while his girlfriend stands around and mad dogs the female client. Basically, his products are inferior, antiquated and overpriced.Co to Costco, where you will get a far better product and service. Both myself and a close friend are now stuck with the wrong hearing aids. He refuses to make good on the mistake he admits to making(allowing me to buy the wrong ones for cosmetic reasons without advising me that they were the wrong ones) and WORST of all, he refuses to even order me new ones which he would be paid for! His excuse:“I am not in the right frame of mind to wear hearing aids and I am not ready to embrace them.” Who the hell«embraces» hearing aids? I repeat, DONOTGOHERE.
