This store is super shady! I came in to get a few items to do some routine work on my car. The price I was quoted over the phone didn’t match the price I paid in the store. When I did go in they rang me up on one register my total came out to $ 88 and some change. I swiped my card it said it was approved and they told me that there was an error. So then they moved me to another register, I didn’t add any items to my purchase and the price went up to $ 137 and some change. I don’t understand how my purchase to go up almost $ 60 for the same items. Then when I tried to have the cashier explain to me why the price jumped up so high, she gave me an attitude like it was a normal thing there. Who wouldn’t question is 60 yard jump from register register?

I went to this store on 4÷17÷2015. I waited in line for a long amount of time. More then 30 minutes and only 2 people in front of me. Finally I was next in line at the front of the line I was and then the phone rings as Steven calls me up to help me, He puts his hand/finger up practically in my face to tell me to wait. 1st off that is just RUDE!!! Then he proceeds to talk to some guy, joke around and talk about other employees on the phone who is either his buddy or an employee at another store. IT was just ridiculous and RUDE!!! His conversation on the phone went on for over 10 minutes, then he put the call on hold walked to the back grabbed some boxes read off some information to the caller, then asked them what they were working on or trying to do, the gossiped some more about who is who and where such and such a person is now and how he is doing and they are doing and so on and so on, then he finally hung up and offered to help me. I asked the guy are you for reals, that was and is just ridiculous and uncalled for, why would you have me wait so long in line and then put your hand in my face practically and then bs with some buddy of yours on the phone? His response was, «THATSMYJOB!» I told him that was ridiculous and wanted to talk to the store manager, he replied, «You are looking at me.» Really I asked him, that is just rude. I told him that I was going to call the corporate office and let them know how he treated me and what he had done and his reply was” Well mam, you aint going to get me fired if that’s what you trying to do.” I said excuse me, I never said that, he said what I said tried to get you fired, he then replied I didn’t say that, I said yes you just did, he then replied, «Well sorry for doing my job and following company rules, I don’t want to get fired now.» I said really, your company requires you to make me wait while you take phone calls and bs with whom ever and he replied, YES!!! I just think the customer service is horrible and unacceptable. I did try calling the GM George 3 or more times and left messages at 18668183344 numerous times and no call back yet! This is just totally unacceptable customer service!!!

Excellent customer service by «Justin», he was very helpful and knowledgable and he was also very polite and well mannered. I was very impressed by him. If you live in the area and is looking for any automotive needs please do yourself a favor and stop by one of the cleanest and most friendliest auto zones I’ve ever been in and talk to «Justin» you’ll be very pleased.

The busiest Auto Zone on the planet. Every time I stop in here, there’s always a line at least 4 deep. The store isn’t that large. Come to think of it, none of the Auto Zones are that large. Thankfully the guys that work here keep the line moving and they’re fairly knowledgeable about vehicle maintenance on non-European models. But if you really need to buy an emergency part like a bulb, battery or oil, I suggest going to the Kragen on Arlington. They NEVER have a line. Busy, busy, busy…
