Absolutely the worst customer service in my life! Don’t order from them I ordered a bridesmaid dress on their website shipping was 3 – 5 business days after 2 ½ wks I had not received my dress I called for 3 days and left messages never received a phone call back one day they finally answered and told me my dress had been on back order yet they never emailed or called me to inform me of this they then guaranteed me that my dress would arrive in two business days here we are 3 business days later and no dress with the wedding slowly approaching it has been over 3weeks since this dress was purchased and the weddings in 3 days and I still don’t have my bridesmaid dress

I love this place. Came here two years ago for my sister quinceneara and the service was great. We came here often for rentals occasionally but two years later we came back for another quince and they went even more above and beyond! Great style of dresses, decorations and rentals. I recommend this place. It’s a one stop shop!

I DO NOT recommend this place at all! I used this place for the bridesmaids in my wedding and ran into a few problems regarding the fittings and at my reception one of my bridesmaid’s dress completely ripped down the back! Two years later I am a bridesmaid in my friends wedding and she chose this place, again we are having issues with fittings and the customer service is average but very unorganized, at my fitting the seamstress was 45 mins late! Don’t use this place!

I purchased a dress from here for a masquerade ball I went to. I found this place online and was able to go through their huge selection of dresses online. Once I found the dress I liked, I went to the store so that I can try it on. Well turns out that they do not carry all of the dresses they have online. They have to order the dress from L. A probably. Luckily, the dress arrived within two days and I was able to go in to try it on. They have a lady who does alterations and charges reasonably. She did an amazing job. My dress felt like it was made for me and you could not tell she did any alterations on it.
I did not give them 5 stars because their store hours say they open at 11 and there were a few times that I waited 30 minutes or so and they still had not opened. Finally someone would arrive to open and she told me that she lives in Orange County and always catches traffic. My first thought was, you need to leave earlier then because I am a very punctual person and was not happy having to wait for her.

HORRIBLE!!! my cousin’s bridesmaids and the groomsmen got their clothes for the day here and one of the dresses was too small and the groomsmen got they tuxes the day of the wedding. One was too big. Do not get your stuff from here
