Carl’s Jr.

First off they are SUPER rude! The girl was rude while taking the order at the speaker and wouldn’t even let me finish what I wanted. And when I got to the window she pretty much threw my food at me. I asked her for condiments and she acted like it was going to kill her to give me them. And to top it off she was talking crap on me to another employee and flipped me off!

It’s LUNCH TIME! At least I seem to be the only one excited about this time of the day! Which means??? Which means I’d like my food prepared fresh and expect to be out the door in a reasonable amount of time! This did not happen today and I’m pretty sure I will not be going indoors to see if any improvements have been made. I hope for the sake of other diners in the area, they get it together.
I usually go through the Drive-​thru, but decided against it since the inside wasn’t crowded and I was a little ahead of the lunch crowd. The girl who took my order seemed new and was still in training of some sorts, since she kept double checking with another girl who may have appeared to be the shift manager. My order was taken at 12:01 pm (time stamped on my receipt). I sat down and watched everything taking place. There seemed to be a shift change in the middle of the lunch rush, so while the new shift leader counts out her drawer, the «new» girl, who took my order seemed to be stuck at the register now that there’s a long line of people waiting. It’s now 10 minutes since I’ve waited… no big deal… I like people watching, but the more I watched the employees rush about, there was one girl at the drive thru, new manager still counting cash, new girl still taking orders… I then began to notice that my onion rings have been sitting at the pass for a good 7 minutes… yes… I actually timed it because at this point, I’m beyond annoyed!!! Ever make a hungry Samoan wait on their food? Well it’s not pretty and I’m glad I wasn’t ugly about finally getting my food 15 minutes after I ordered! That’s when it hit me!!! I should have just gone through the Drive-thru…everyone inside seemed more focused on clearing the Drive thru than tending to the customers inside!
By the time I got back to work to enjoy my burger, I realized I should have gotten ugly since the bottom bun of my burger was so damn hard, it almost seemed toasted! GET IT TOGETHER Carl’s Jr! I’m glad this isn’t the Carl’s near my home or we won’t ever eat Carl’s Jr. again!

I like Carl’s Jr. And there food is pretty average but their service however is subpar the manager is very unwelcoming and has a rude face anytime you order late at night and she needs to take the order for you she also doesn’t communicate anything regarding the actual order and is unfriendly looking.

Took 3 people to take our order. And they still didn’t get it right. I ordered my breakfast sandwich with bacon and got sausage.

This s is the worst and slowest Carl’s Juniors I’ve been too, girl has her l little son back in the kitchen with her, took 15 minutes to get my food mind you in on my lunch break, asked for warm fries and of course they were cold as hell. 2 girls sitting on the floor giggling like little girls… very very poor customer service, no one was greeted as they walked in the door. I guess it was more important to talk about their trips to the mall.

After arriving at the window in the drive thru I’m always ordered to sit in the parking lot to get my food, it wouldn’t be so bad if it was once in awhile but it’s every time I go. Also, Carl’s Jr. advertises that breakfast ends at 11 and yet I’ve gone twice on my lunch break at 10:40 and was told it was no longer being served.

They are completly unable to give you your meal at the window. Every time I pull up they take my money and ask me to park in front. Which is annoying but I usually get freshish food although after waiting today we got very stale criss cut fries.

Used their drive thru at 1030am on a Thursday. Not very busy at all, but seemed to take longer than it should. Still decent service and got our order correct.

I tried two things, their «natural» burger and their little fried chimichangas, The burger tasted like it was made from the pink slime and the chimi’s had a chemical preservative taste to them very mild bitter aftertaste so you know, that paired with GMO’s are going to send you to the hospital much later in life.
I’m going to steer clear from now on…

I’m sick of hear «my pleasure» really… That’s the worst thing anyone could say at a dice thru. We pull in order 1 chocolate malt. Do you want a burger with that?. No just the malt. Would you like fries? NO. Just the malt. Will this complete your order? Yes,
Why can’t I just order 1 thing without being asked if I want numerous other items? If I wanted something else I would’ve ordered it…

Great food. But that’s no credit to them. Corporate designs their menu.
Cons: talking Spanish when I’m clearly American. Charges for using a debit card. What kind of crap is that. I’ve never heard of charging for using a card in my life. That is the standard method of payment these days.
I could understand if I was only purchasing a dollars worth but my meal was almost $ 10.

This place is great. Service is prompt and staff are friendly. I left satisfied.

This place is really good during rush hour times (12−5pm). Like any fast food restaurant if you go when it is not rush hour you tend to get old food that has been in the warmers for a long time.
Recommend: The Western Bacon Double Cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato and onion straws. The lettuce and tomato make the burger extra juicy. It’s bombskies =)

OK restaurant if you like small portions. I ordered a Santa Fe Turkey burger. The picture on the menu shows it comes with an enormous chile that is the size of the meat patty. After I sat down, I wasn’t exactly sure what I ordered because I was never given a receipt. My order got to the table and I couldn’t find a chile on the burger. It was because Iit had slid down on one side of the burger. The actual chile was less than a half inch wide and about 2 inches long. The person behind the counter said they could give me another piece of chile if I wanted one. That would give me 2 whole square inches of chile. I declined. I asked why I wasn’t given a receipt and the person behind the counter said they only give those if it is a debit/​credit order. After some confusion due to not having a receipt, I got my money back and chose to eat elsewhere.

Love this place. They have such great spicy chicken sandwiches. Also a really friendly staff all on top of they’re game. Bathrooms could use a little more attention however.

Clean restrooms on the way to Palm Springs. Breakfast sausage egg biscuit was tasty too!

Out of all the fast food chains, this is probably my favorite (fast food not counting in n out, 5 guys and the like). Their burgers are passable, with a nice grilled taste behind them, and their other ingredients are pretty fresh/​tasty. Especially compared to McD’s and BK. Their fries rank 3^rd fav, after McD’s and Wendy’s but their deserts are probably next to last place.
Traditionally, I’ve always gotten double western bacon cheeseburgers, but their new southwest patty melt is slowly working its way into my heart (via the arteries) as my favorite thing on the menu.
If you get up early enough for breakfast, their breakfast burritos are definitely worth a try.

#4 Double Western the BEST EVER.

It’s fast food, they screw up the order from time to time right!?! Well when visiting this Carl’s Jr. it was obvious that this order was going to be wrong. The girl running the drive thru repeated EVERYTHING back incorrectly. We then corrected her mistakes thinking that since we went over it twice and she edited the drive-thru’s viewing screen to match what we said that the order would be okay.
We get our food from the lady at the window with pure confusion on her face. Shrugging that off, we drove away. I took a drink of my soda which should have been Diet coke but it was Diet Dr. Pepper (vomit)…one of the corrections I thought we made when originally ordering. Then we park to eat and surprise… error number two, no criscut fries as ordered. Frustrated but willing to let it go I unwrap my ‘should be’ turkey guac burger and find something with a pineapple and teriyaki in it… eww, what the heck?! How do you get that many things wrong in such a simple order? We pack it all up and drive back to the location and complain.
Luckily the lady helping us was very nice or they would get only 1 star. Our problem was solved without question from the manager. We received the right food, drink and even a cheesecake (on the house). Oh… let’s not forget, they returned the cost of the entire purchase. Way-​to-​go Manager!
I was shocked and irritated that so many mistakes could be made after thinking the errors where fixed in the beginning BUT the problem solving skills of the manager were excellent and without headache.
In closing: They’ll screw up your order but at least they fix it properly with apology and a cheesecake… :)

Quick friendly service, ordering was smooth and efficient. They greeted everyone who walked in, which was a nice touch, as many fast food places have a cold unfriendly feel to them that saps what little warmth there is to be found in fast food restaurants. Not that bad here tho. The dinning area was clean and the place was exactly what a fast food place should be, clean, friendly, efficient.
What else really can you expect or say?
