My wife and I bought a smash cake from this location. We told them it was for a smash cake when we purchased it. We arrive at 10:45am on Saturday, 6⁄18 and the cake wasn’t ready to go. We go to our photoshoot, the cake sat out for 2 hrs, and I could drum on it after it sat out for those 2 hrs! We came back to this location to get our money back and the customer service person wouldn’t give us our money back. I do not understand why people like this place when they can’t even get a smash cake right. I could have made a cake my daughter could have smashed for cheaper than what they charge. Go elsewhere for your smash cake. Thanks Crème de la Crème for making our daughter’s smash cake efforts an utter failure and causing us to have to spend another several hundred dollars to redo our smash cake photos.

I bought a voucher on amazon local $ 12 for ½ a dozen cupcakes worth $ 24. I bought snicker doodle, red velvet, chocolate, and coconut rum. I am in love with this place just because of their coconut rum cupcake. «So good» is an understatement. It’s heaven! Once you bite into makes you forget everything around you does not matter. Your like in a trance of how good this is and your so sad it’s all going to be gone in a few seconds. :P Anyway the décor inside is modern, friendly service. I love the color of the box that they put the cupcakes in(hot pink). Definitely wouldn’t expect that type on bakery in that town.

The establishment, super adorable! Clean Nice seating Water station But I will say it is pretty pricey! Two macarons are over $ 4 dollars! Two… Their food/baking goods are very delicious! If I have the money, I will come back.

NEVER order a cake here. They make ordering a cake so difficult. I’m surprised this place is expanding because customer service is horrible. If they don’t get organized and make it easier to order from ant location they will not do well. If you live in Moreno Valley you have to go to another location to order and pick up. What a waste of time. The cream puff looked much better than it tasted… it was hard as a rock. Careful not to call or you will get lost in a maze of people who can’t help u… oh and they also said they couldn’t guarantee they would have a slot for me if I drove all the way there because there is only one cake decorator. This was the decorator herself. I asked if she could speak to someone and she said she’s it and the owners have a process. What is this… government?

Last year, my sister planned a bridal shower for her good friend and ordered a cake from Crème de la Crème. The cake was delicious! I have fantasized about having the same cake at my own bridal shower for almost an entire year. Unfortunately, when my sister went to order it she was met with atrocious customer service, and we decided that we will not be rewarding bad behavior with our business. The girl behind the counter on the afternoon of June 2nd, 2016 needs to check herself before she wrecks herself and the reputation of this business.

I stopped in today to get a sandwich. Alyssa helped me pick out the Oregon Trail, it was delicio! Turkey and cranberries on fresh made squaw bread yummmmm and then I had to get a chocolate frosted brownie for dessert! The food was great and the friendly service I received was wonderful. It a nice to be treated like a guest, not a number! Jamie L

We have been fans of this place for a while now just simply for their baked breads and sweet treats, but when my daughter showed me a picture of what she wanted for her 16th birthday I went directly to them first and they said they could do what she wanted. Turns out the cake was perfect, my daugher loved it, all her friends were just raving about it. It was simple and easy to order, pick up, and the cake was delicisous with the lemon rapsberry filling, adn the cupcakes were a hit as well! Will definitly keep coming here for all our bakery needs.

Went in here today for the first time and one of the ladies behind the counter was ruuuuuuuuuuude. I have manners so I continued to be pleasant however I’ll never go in there again. My friend even said that there was a lady that went in after we did and she came out upset from dealing with the rude one. I really hope it wasn’t one of the owners. Oh and everything is labeled poorly. People would like to read the names of what your selling. Anyway, two stars because… 1. The younger girls behind the counter were really sweet. I could tell that they were uneasy because of that women’s mood, though. 2. Even though she was SORUDE, the sandwich she made was good.

I really like this place a whole lot and have made it a point to come on Fridays with my husband for sandwiches and coffee. But I must say that twice already the short female older Hispanic lady has the worst expression on her face. She seems absolutely bothered to greet you. She is not pleasant and it is disturbing because we want to support this business and not walk to Starbucks and get coffee or pastries. When she rings up the orders she is very curt. I don’t know but I am big on customer service and hope this business realizes that is an important aspect.

Came here to pick up a cake on Monday and was impressed that they had anything remotely close to what I was looking for without special ordering. The place was fairly busy for a Monday but I guess it was around the time everyone would be taking a lunch break. Anyways, the cake was huge and reasonably priced and I got a free loaf of bread out of the deal too. Oh. It was delicious! Moist and full of amazing flavor. Everyone loved it!

Came here to kill time because I was early for an appointment. Wouldn’t recommend. I got the smores cupcake which was supposed to be a top seller. It was pretty dry and too sweet. I asked for hot chocolate and she said they make it with water. That’s a big no no for me. Love my milk!

Crème de la Crème Bakery is a moderately to upper priced bakery that specializes in all the things your local doughnut shop does not. It is a small establishment but it is very inviting. The staff is friendly and helpful. The fresh pastries are delicious and match their not so obvious pricing. Definitely get your next tea party pastries here(nobody has tea parties but you will throw one once you try their fresh pastries). Unfortunately though, the fresh pastries in the front case were not labeled nor were they plainly priced( Unilocal pictures are inaccurate). There isn’t even a pricing board on the wall behind the counter(again, pictures from Unilocal are inaccurate). So the cost of the pastries is a bit of a mystery. I bought an assortment of morning pastries(4 pastries/2 cupcakes) and I spent $ 25 before I knew it. Pricey, yes, but you also get what you pay for when it comes to their fresh pastries. I don’t mind paying more for a fresh pastry and their fresh pastries were good but, unfortunately, not all their products appear to be fresh. Be sure to ask which pastries are fresh and which ones came from a freezer or a refrigerator(which implies they were baked on a previous day). The cheese danish and the frosted cinnamon roll were fresh and very delicious but the mini-eclairs and the coffee cakes were refrigerator/freezer cold. The filling in the mini-éclair was actually crystallized as if it had been in the freezer too long. This indicates that they were baked on a previous day and I object to paying a premium for what is basically a defrosted pastry. For this reasons(and because of the mysterious phantom pricing), I give Crème de la Crème Bakery 3 out of 5 stars.

Love everything I’ve had here, the treats are amazing but I actually come here for the sandwiches, which I can’t seem to get enough of. I do agree that some girls seem a bit rude at times.

it’s one thing to not have my(2 dozen item) to go order ready but it’s another when you actually act pissed at me for it? Not all 2 dozen items were going to the same place, so when I asked for a smaller box to split my items up in, her response was, rudely, «what is it for? I’m not allowed to do that» I explained its to split these up in and she seemed beyond annoyed and pissed I would even ask and replied sharply«fine but it is against the rules» Ok, how else should I get these items to people? Should I have sent my box back and asked YOU to split things up while there was a lobby full of waiting customers? Or should I put your items in a non-Crème de la Crème box/Tupperware? Isn’t the point of your stamped boxes to advertise where the treats are from??? Annoying. Lauren could use a real lesson in customer service skills! Be nice and people will be nice back.

Well, this chilly Riverside evening found me craving something hot and of course, along with the heat you need something sweet. I haven’t ever tried the riverside location of crème de la crème and thought what a great opportunity to do so tonight. The location is a little off the beaten path about 10 – 15 minutes from the 91. This is the original location, and a little smaller than the new one they opened in Corona. The cupcakes, pastries and cakes are all house in a very similar type of refrigeration case. All that really means, is that the frosting tends to be a little harder as it’s been chilled a tad. And that is The only thing that I would be tracked any rating for on those cupcakes. Tonight I went with my usual birthday Sundae cupcake with the candy sprinkles. It’s essentially a white cake with a wonderfully lightly sweet cream filling, and a wonderful buttercream frosting with candy sprinkles. The cake itself is light and consistently moist. It is by far my favorite cupcake in Corona or Riverside. We also had an apple turnover and wedding cookie which matched the coffee and tea perfectly. Although a little smaller the seating was abundant and comfortable. Not sure if I’ll be back to this location only because it’s farther from my house but definitely a place I’d visit if in the area. Thank you again crème de la crème keep up the good work.

My cousin went back to Crème de la Crème Bakery 8÷3÷15 yesterday as instructed to do so on Saturday when the catastrophe happened. Per my cousin, the Manager her name is Carina,(with a smile on her face) outright refused to make things right, insisted the Birthday Cake was thrown, admitted the Birthday Cake was mostly icing, and even worse refused to apologize to my 5 year old niece! Carina also told my cousin to do whatever she wants to do, call the media, post negative reviews, she didn’t care. WHEREISTHEOWNER???

We ordered a custom cake for my daughter’s first birthday. Their custom cakes start at $ 150; ours was 165 because they charge extra for fresh fruit fillings. The cake was moist, delicious and beautifully decorated– almost exactly the way I designed it and imagined it. I think the most important thing to note about ordering a custom cake here is that they get it done on relatively short notice– one week. I called other bakeries and was told that they were all booked for the month and one even needed 8 weeks notice. Their pastries are also very yummy. I’m addicted to their blueberry croissants and their macarons are also quite good. Decent amount of parking in a strip mall. Customer service depends on who you get behind the counter, but overall I’m happy with this bakery.

I’ve never actually visited the Crème de la Crème Bakery at any of their locations in Corona, Riverside nor Moreno Valley, but did see them at the 2015 Memorial Day event at the USS Iowa in San Pedro in the South Bay of So Cal where they were set up. The chocolate chip cookies were good @ $ 2 each or 3 for $ 5. I’m looking forward to seeing ‘em at another event or if I’m ever in the area, to visit one of their stores since the selection at any event is probably more limited than what’s in the stores. Interestingly, they were set up in the food truck area of the festival and where other vendors next to them were selling bottled water for $ 2, Crème de la Crème Bakery was offering bottled water priced at $ 1, so it pays to shop around first, scout the competition out and make your decision afterwards.

Not too many great bakeries in Riverside, Crème de la Crème would be the highlight so far. Cute shop, nice service, thought it can get pretty full and there is usually a wait. I went with the chocolate eclaire and it was pretty tasty. Huge at $ 4, loved the vanilla crème filling. Tons of options from cookies to cakes, cupcakes all priced fairly and look delicious. They also have coffee and some hearty food choices as well. Not the best, but will do if you are in the mood for something sweet in Riverside.
