We had a small flood in our business after the rain, I wasn’t sure how to handle the insurance payment but it ended up being a hassle free experience and I didn’t have to deal with any of that. I would recommend this company to anyone experiencing water damage.

Loving The Service They Provide…
My father’s water heater started leaking the day he had already left on vacation on a Wednesday. My sister was at our parents house and noticed water in the garage on Friday afternoon and proceeded to call Home Depot for them to come and replace the water heater which they set an appointment for Saturday afternoon. I had to go over to wait for Home Depot to come out, once there they gave an estimate just for replacing the water heater which was outragously high and told me I had to call someone else for the water damage before they can replace a water heater and they couldn’t give me any referrals. I immediately called Flood Army and they came in once the adjuster from the insurance came to take pictures for the claim on Monday, placed a temporary smaller water heater so that my father could still have hot water; got started on the water damage, did all repairs and installed the new water heater all in less than a week. Save my father money and waited for the insurance company to send the check to my father for the services so he wouldn’t have to pay anything up front. In the end, my father was so happy because he thought the worst and everything ended up working out better than he expected.
In the end, I would definitely recommend Flood Army to any and all family/​friends and associates that I know. They have a Great Attitude and even a better Service that cares about what you are going through and to put you at ease that everything will be okay. They Are AMAZINGLY AWESOME!!!

Flood Army was prompt and very professional. Eddie is very nice and friendly. The job was completed on-​time as promised and very pleased with the work. I will definitely use them again, although I’m not hoping for more water damage! :)
