Don’t take your car here! Most of the other upholstery shops in the area are very busy; this place is not. There’s a reason for that! Once he has your deposit money in hand, Henry becomes rude and obnoxious and works at his own glacial pace. I honestly thought I would have to call the police to get my truck back. I wish there was a no-​star rating, I feel as if one star is far too generous.

Set up the appointment with two phone calls. We worked out a price and time to come in. This guy’s brain is fried. He could not recall our conversations from two days past. Then gave me an estimate that was roughly double what we agreed on. I referred to our conversation and he said he didn’t remember. I said I can, but he questioned my integrity. I needed this work done and over with, and he begrudgenly agreed to the original price. It took a lot longer than I was told, they made a mess of my interior, got fine debris from the ceiling in my gauges (It’ll never come out), and showed a lack of detail in their work. They popped the fuse to my interior lights, and left a dirty streak across the finished work. It was not done until late at night, and I did not see the problems until the next day. A very bad experience.

No stars if I could, this shop is the worst experience I ever had. I had to redo everything they did and when we took apart the seats they left toilet paper wrappers in the seat. Don’t know if it’s a joke but very unprofessional. On my door panels it took almost a year and nothing but excuses and when they were finished they looked uneven and stitching and material was poor. They lost all my clips and hardware to install them back and being a classic car I had to search for new hardware. They boss is all over the place and sounds like a con man. Even when I stopped by to pick them up on A Sunday because he said they were done and ready for pick up and when I arrived they were not even close to being ready and then he made a smart remark to me saying I wish that you could have a Sunday off so you can hang out with his family. His son has no idea what’s going on and NOW I know never to go back and hopefully no one else gets ripped off, vehicles scratched/​damaged, and has to deal with what I went through. I also forgot to mention another customer burnt down half his building out of anger and was arrested for arson (that should of been a sign for me!) there are better shops out there and he has my number so he can call me if anything on here is not the truth, I just recommend stay away.

Henry is a cool dude i like him I gave him 2 stars to be fair… but i took my car to him to put a sunroof in fairly simple install he was willing to do it the day i called him which was cool because corona sunroof couldnt do the job for a week or so… so i went to henrys shop… he installed my sunroof about a week later we had rain in Riverside my sunroof began to leak he diddnt connect the drain hoses…(OK NO BIG DEAL 1 DAY OF RAIN) take it back tell him its leaking to check the drain plugs… he takes my take for a few hours call me back and tells me he forgot to hook them up whatever no big deal… but the other day i had to replace some hatch wiring and I pulled my rear headlner and the 2 back drain plugs for my sunroof are clearly just sitting there unplugged and u can see water stains everywhere. and he broke 2 of my handles on the headliner… oh well u live and you learn

Even though it took much longer than it was supposed to, they left the seats looking great for my wife’s ’88 BMW for a very reasonable price.
I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family who have the time and extra vehicle because they are a small business (which makes sense why they can only take on so many jobs at a time)

I enlisted the services of Henry to reupholster one used RECARO Orthoped ($ 2400) seat and a brand new RECARO Pole Position seat in April leaving my M3 with no front seats, asked him if he was up to the job specs I gave and he agreed, I paid him cash in full 4÷16÷12. By July I had to save my new seat, which now looks used. Now it’s 8÷19÷12 and the other seat is still in pieces. My experience has been nothing but excuses and promised dates that have come and gone. I cannot in good conscious let customers be taken by this business.

Replaced my motorcycle seat. Did a. great job. He said it would take a few hours. He drove me to Pomona and when it. was done he. picked me back up. as this is my only way to get around. What a good job he.did. A+++++ he is the
. Guy. He is up front and a man of his word. he does this with a. pasion for quality. Hard to. find a shop with this work ethic niw days. Thank you

Henry Rodriguez and Sons Upholstery did a perfect job of replicating a complicated leather car seat in my 1994 Chrysler Town & Country which was no longer available from the factory. The price was very reasonable, and I am enjoying the compliments and comfort my new seat has brought me.
