Incredibly disappointed with this office. The first visit and subsequent testing went well, but then the doctor obviously didn’t care. The office staff is unorganized and as a whole they drop the ball in patient care. It took over four months to get a test ordered. I was supposed to have two different ones ordered, but only one got done. When I asked why it had taken so long, they implied they had forgotten about it! And when I asked why the other one wasn’t ordered, the staff told me the doctor decided not to order it. So they want me to go in again just to order this test, so they can bill another visit? I don’t think so. The test needed is the gold standard for my condition. Needless to say, I handled it on my own and got the positive test finding. I will be finding a new cardiologist ASAP. It patient’s aren’t your priority, then you shouldn’t have chosen a career involving them! I also just ordered all of my records. The tests he told me were completely normal actually have significant findings that he chose to ignore. My new doctor is not very happy about the delay in treatment. Save yourselves the stress and impairment to your health.

If you have the option, GO ELSEWHERE! I had to bring a friend here for his cardiologist appointment. His appointment was for 245pm so we arrived at 225pm. We were given his paperwork about 10 –15 minutes after arriving. The receptionist advised that they needed a list of medications — when advised that the convolesent home had included it in his paperwork, she stated that the nurse wouldn’t accept it because she would have to rewrite them and she didn’t LIKE doing that — since my friend can no longer wrote without EXTREME difficulty, I’m still wondering what he would have done had we not been with him. We are STILL sitting in the waiting room — its almost 4pm. My friend is in severe pain as he’s stuck in a wheelchair and can’t get up. The last time he was here, his appointment was at 245pm and he got out at 6pm! THEY CLOSE AT 5! Why do they make appointments is they are going to break them by HOURS! THIS IS RIDULOUS! The staff is short with patients and bothered that people are even coming in — this had happened several times. If you have the option, PLEASE! Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere!

Courteous, Professional and willing to listen. Little slow due to Doctor actually talking with you, making you feel like they care. Highly recommend this Office
