Dr. Jim has been my dentist since i was a little girl. My teeth are very very important to me, I am 21 now and still continue to go. He does an amazing job! The Dr, Rosie, Ash and the rest of his team make me fee like family. I recommend him to anyone.

Dr Jim is a great Dentist. There’s a Lil bit, of a wait his receptionist Rosie is really nice and helpful. I when to another dentist prior n told me I had 8 cavities n Dr Jim said they where stains. Now I go there only for my routine dental check ups and I have great experience never have to pay more than a cleaning. Finally I found an honest office

Dr Ellenberger is actually a good dentist. My 4 year old never lets ANYONE look into his mouth but Dr Ellenberger and his staff actually got my son to sit calmly and participate in getting X-​Rays and 3 filling done in one sitting.
BUT
While I was in the waiting room two employees were arguing very loudly and using very foul language. Now, for being a pediatric dental office I found this to be unacceptable and have never gone back.

I am in my 40s and have been going to Dr Jim since I was a little girl. I remember when his office was painted in circus theme.
It’s now a beautifully refurbished house. The staff is amazing, the décor is beautiful you don’t even feel like you’re at the dentist.
What I like about Dr E is that he does all the work. He cleans your teeth and performs the exam. He doesn’t hire dental hygienist to do the cleaning. Now I trust most hygenist but I’d much rather have the doctor clean my teeth and do the exam. He’s the doctor! He is awesome with kids and adults and always makes you feel comfortable and will talk to you about any concerns.
Recently he personally arranged for my daughters to be seen by orthodontist on the same day to save me the drive out to Riverside from my home about 30 miles away. If you’re looking for a new dentist call and let them know the Riedel family sent you. Rosie is one of the front office staff and is beautiful on the inside and out and will work with all your needs! This is truly an old school dentist but still hip to the new technique and great with the whole family. He’s been a resident of Riverside for generations. I like to give my business to local community, not transplants moving in to start business. Why not stick with giving your business to locals. It’s s win win situation! Highly recommend this dentist.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! DON’T TAKE YOUR KIDS THERE!! STAY AWAY!! ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE A CHILD WITH SPECIAL NEEDS!! My son has autism and going to the dentist is very challenging for him. During our time in the waiting room we were rudely told by the Office Manager Ashley (who by the way is the dentist’s daughter) to have our son sit down. My son wasn’t even running around or touching anything he was just a bit loud and insisting on going to see the dentist chair and would try to make his way to the hallway area. Anyhow, I explained to the Office Manager (Ashley) that my son has autism and being at the dentist is difficult for him and she just continued to be rude!!! Not one time did I hear an apology or a sense of consideration from her I seriously felt as if she just didn’t want to deal with us especially after I explained to her about my son’s autism. The entire experience was discriminatory!!! We left and will not be going back there ever again!! Her rude tone set the standard for the entire office. If her Daddy let’s her talk that way to customers then I’m sure it’s a reflection on the entire staff! and family!!! So unprofessional and RUDE!!!
