I’ve been searching hi and low for a place here near downtown Riverside that was both convenient as well as professionally managed. I have found an abundance of storage rental opportunities but really never felt overly confident in the facility nor the management teams I’ve encountered.
A friend of mine suggested Leave it Lock it on Service Court Road, stating she has had a lot of luck with the facility so, off I went.
I met the GM, «Heather» and what a gem! Friendly, patient, professional and very accommodating. She listened and then showed me many options and made me feel very comfortable and confident with the storage unit, the facility and the price too.
If you want to place belongings you cherish in the care of a company hat keeps their place well staffed and well maintained, I suggest you go see Heather at Leave it Lock it!

The price was ok and I needed service in a hurry.
The front desk girl was all over the place. She said that she needed to take care of personal matters and left the office for 2 hours. I just sat around a Thai restaurant down the street, put gas in my car, and waited in my car.
The storage lockers are filthy and full of spiders. Bring a can of Lysol and a broom.
