Loma Linda University Ophthalmology

I am a first time patient here and I was had a 15:40 apt. I got there at 15:25 and was called in at 15:30. The office and the building are fairly new and very clean. The technology they have is exceptional. I got a full eye exam. And a new «pressure exam» which was new to me and a little freaky. But the nurse talked me through every step of the way. I have a very high prescription and the information I received about my right eye was new but they answered all my questions and very helpful in explaining everything and going over «warning symptoms» that I need to look out for. I was out at 16:10. Over all they provide excellent care with the newest technology. They only give you the lens prescription and you take it else where to get your glasses. I will come back forsure!

Needs better front office customer service

The services they provide have gone considerably downhill! Their staff are rude and incompetent, their scheduling process is severely flawed, they’re rarely on schedule and they have no concept of how to deal with the elderly. We’re at this facility right now and upon arriving at our scheduled appointment time we were advised they’re running an hour behind schedule! Unbelievable! Then, adding insult to injury, after asking to speak to a manager and being handed a business card with a number to call, the receptionists began talking about me in Spanish having no idea I speak it fluently! They really need to get their act together! There are many choices for healthcare in the area and we’ll now be taking our business elsewhere!
