Loma Linda University Plastic Surgery

Poor customer service.
They people are friendly, and Dr. Kim was pleasant, but the staff is not very concerned about patient needs.
The doctor doesn’t work on Fridays and Mondays, so it is impossible to get questions answered in a timely manner.
I called at 4pm, when it says on the Loma Linda website they close at 5pm and no one answered several times.
I will not be returning here or recommending this place.

My experience here was nothing short of amazing. I went through the residency program and felt complete confidence the entire time. I had surgery last week and everything was a complete success. I will be recommending them to all of my friends and family. Their prices are extremely reasonable as well. Dr. Ray was the attending and Dr. Hierche was the resident surgeon that performed the surgery. I truly felt as if I was treated with the greatest care. Both doctors made sure I had all my questions answered and was at ease. The anasteseologist was a doll. So friendly and nice, but most importantly, extremely capable. ;) The surgery took place in Riverside but I had to travel to Loma Linda for the consults.

I planned on having a facelift for close to two years but didn’t know where to begin to look for a competent surgeon. I happened upon a review of Loma Linda’s Plastic Surgery department and made a consult appointment with Dr. Michael Hill. After I met him I knew he was the one, and sure enough, he delivered beautiful results. He is more than a surgeon, he is an artist who is also down-​to-​earth, kind-​hearted and patient. His great work regarding my facelift has changed my outlook on life and I cannot thank him and his staff enough. This is an organization run with a sense of integrity and class one rarely sees nowadays. I love Dr. Hill!

My experience here was amazing. Dr. Gupta and his staff were nice, helpful and explained every little detail. I never felt rushed and always felt like I was a priority. I felt Dr. Gupta is highly educated with a great bedside manor. I would recommend Dr. Gupta and the Riverside satellite office to anyone.

I had an excellent experience with my breast augmentation at Loma Linda University Plastic Surgery.
I am an RN myself, and did a lot of research prior to making my decision. I had a consult at another clinic and did not feel comfortable with them. But my consult at LLU with Dr Mussman won me over right away.
I chose to go with the Residency program, which you get a discount for. The total procedure was way cheaper than I even imagined.
Dr Mussman was my Resident (he only has 5 months of the program left until he has his own plastic surgery practice, so is very well prepared) and he is exceptional. If you have been thinking about getting plastic surgery done, I recommend going to LLU and requesting Dr Mussman as your Resident Surgeon ASAP while he is still there. He is so thorough and knowledgable and has great bedside manner. He made me feel comfortable right away. He did amazing work, and I could not be more happy with my results.
I’ve wanted a breast augmentation ever since high school, and am so thankful that I finally got it done. I love the work Dr Mussman did!
