I’m selling my house and he came out same day to repair everything, honest guy with fair prices.

I called Jesus because I had some floor boards broken in a condo that I own in Riverside. He was able to help me right away, and show up the very next morning and take care of the whole job. His price was reasonable and he was able to accept my payment via Venmo and that was quite convenient.
He was a very nice guy and kept me up to date on the whole project via photos during the day.

I was having an issue with my AC, and the property manager for my apartment was moving extremely slow. I was out of the AC for 4 days and it gets HOT in Riverside. Finally I searched Unilocal and found Jesus. I called him and he was able to come out right then. He fixed the issue quickly and now I have AC! I will recommend him to my friends, quick and easy!

Pluses: available, speaks English (I speak Spanish, but my spouse does not), arrived on time, returned phone calls, was able to fix something that previous handyman had failed to do.
Negatives: had to be reminded to make second half of the necessary measurements, could not give correct estimate even with a calculator, left screws and other random parts all over floors, left dried glue smeared all over glass doors, had to return to redo a hinge. A lot of cleanup was necessary after he left.
He may be truly competent and simply overwhelmed by personal stress or he may have real issues. It is hard to tell, and I would rather find someone who does not cause more work for us than use him again.

I called Jesus to repair a broken door hinge at my rental. He quoted me $ 50 which I thought was reasonable based on the fact that he had to make a trip to the rental (which was about 5 miles from his business). Seeing that he had to be out there anyway, I asked him to take care of a few minor items — a kitchen cabinet frame was loose (glue and screw), the refrigerator door loose (glue and screw), tighten one loose item on the railing (screw)and replace the silicone caulk around one bathroom tub. When the final bill arrived: $ 150. My tenant said he was there for an hour. When I called him, asked him what he did — He said he was there with 3 people and they FIXED STUFF for one hour — at least that’s the final version he settled on. It took 15 minutes before he detailed the screwing and gluing he did. He got really pissed when I told him he overcharged me. He told me I could pay him nothing or pay him $ 50 for the materials. Wow, i know I’m a girl and all — but seriously, I know people who knows this shit who was listening on the phone (a experienced property manager) who confirmed I got screwed. Even the$ 50 for chaulk and screws and some glue is beyond OUTRAGEOUS!
Once I was travelling open market and an aggressive vendor wanted me to buy some trinklet. I was not interested. The minute I walked away, the price dropped 80%. That’s Jesus for ya. STAY AWAY.

Stand up guy knows what he is doing and gets the job done right. Fixed the patio beams, they had mold. Replaced all ten of them in a very short time. Very good price for the job compared to others I had called. I will certainly be doing business with him again and will recommend to my family and friends.

Glad I gave M&M a call, his name is Jesus Aviles, he fixed the cook stove for us and very nice and reasonable price compares to couple handyman I called around. He also inspect the whole stove and fixed the bottom draw without charge. Definitely will use M&M again in future for all work, small or big, around the house.
