Mi Lindo Michoacan

I got sick off of eating their caldo. My cup was dirty when they handed me my water, and was very slow service.

It’s a pretty good place. I tried the carne asada tacos and I liked them. they’re agua fresca De tamarindo was really good.

If your adventurous and not afraid of scary looking places then Mi Lindo Michoacan might be the place for you. Looking back, I would strongly not recommend this place to females that plan on eating there alone. So, «Be fairly warned says Ey, arg!»
This place is so secret that I couldn’t find their address online to put on Unilocal.The address that you see posted is of a barber shop that’s located across the street. The cool part about this place is that you feel as if you’ve been transported to some part of Mexico when you eat there.
I think this place specializes on Jalisco style food. I order the birria styled tacos made with tender shredded beef in a spicy sauce. My order also came with the best refried beans I’ve ever had, rice, and some chips/​salsa. All of this cost under $ 6.00. The lady, who happens to be the cook too was super nice at explaining the non-​English menu to me and taking my order in English.
I definitely recommend visiting this place ONLY during lunch time to avoid beer drinkers and large crowds who may wonder why strangers are in their bar. Basically if you are respectful there shouldn’t be a problem, but if you’re stupid and ignorant come prepared to get beat down.
