Yes I’m one of those Hk fans that went to HK Con2014. I’m serious about my HK, and everything I came to purchase today they didnt carry. Office supplies, a bow ring, maybe even more. AND the customer service was lacking. The two young ladies talk amongst themselves until I interrupt to ask for some assistance. And every item I asked if they carried, they didnt. Waste of a trip to store on payday, ready to blow my money on my HK.

I love coming in to this store when I visit my family. The items are so cute! They have all the Hello Kitty characters and merchandise. I love the small pencils and pens the most, but I also have gotten stationary, erasers, stuffed plushies, etc. from here. It isn’t an animé store but it has very cute Japanese products.

Hello kitty is an essential for all ages. I’ve been to this store ever since I was 5 years old. However, coming here I felt like the magic of it is lost. It’s still cool sure it’s pricy but most of this stuff is imported so I am not surprised. Watch for the price and such though.

This store ripped us off!!! Went to buy a rolling back pack, they had a sign saying «rolling back packs $ 48.99 on sale regular price $ 70». So when ready to pay the girl told me «this back pack is $ 70». WTH? I told her the sign said $ 48.99. She said that’s only for one, that the one we wanted. I paid the $ 70 only because my daughter got awesome grades last semester. We are calling corporate and BBB if needed. Rude workers. Better off going to a indoor swap meet !!!

My wife and I went in the store last Saturday morning to buy some gifts for our granddaughter. When we walked in the store, the young clerk was talking on her cell phone and didn’t acknowledge us. We chose a couple of items, but one did not have a price. We tried to get the clerks attention, but she was too involved in her conversation (obviously with a friend) to notice. After about 5 minutes we put our items down and left the store. As my wife walked past the clerk, she told her, «thanks for the help». The clerk laughed and went right back to her phone call.

Don’t go here!!! I went in to buy several items for Christmas gifts. I didn’t notice that they charged me $ 38 for a purse instead of $ 20. Its hard to read the receipts since they have the oldest cash register in existence. It doesn’t say what each item is. Just a list of numbers with a total. When I went back they would not give me the price difference «since I waited too long». I’ve shopped here many times and have spent a lot of money. I will never go there again! They rob you. The manager didn’t even have the courage to talk to me. She sent an employee to talk to me. Check your receipts and pay attention!!!

YAY FOR SANRIO!!! Located so close to Nordstrom, one of my other favorite places to frequent.
I just recently realized that although I’m a grown up woman with a child, Sanrio/​Hello Kitty is still something I really love. I’m happy to take my little girl here every time we visit this mall. I didn’t get to purchase all my favorite little things when I was little, I had to settle for the sale/​clearance or grab bags, so I never had cute matching anything. I look forward to visiting this location all the time now. It really is a small place to get a small gift that gets a big smile.
