Do not come here! Just came here yesterday for a refill on my gel nails arrived at 4:20. Wasn’t seen until 5:00 there was only 3 technicians it was a Sunday so I understood didn’t get frustrated. After telling the lady what I wanted she moved me from one chair to another different technician after another! When applying the gel color I told her I wanted a design on my ring finger in a different color she ignored me! After I stopped her &explained it 4 times it still felt like she didn’t understand what I was saying. She brought me the color swatches after choosing a color for the design (a light grey) she comes back with a light purple! Trying to argue with me she says they’re the same color when obviously it wasnt, ended up getting a glitter color instead. After she was done I noticed the gel was extremely thick to the point that my nails were looking round &swollen so I told the technician she decided to file the side of my index finger with a buffer. Worst mistake ever!!! Left the gel all jagged after telling her my concerns she said it was okay that I was wrong didn’t do anything to satisfy me ;the customer! Ended up paying $ 22 for some horrible service& horrible nails Avoid this place

Was driving by and saw mani pedi special and decided to stop. When in told them that i wanted the special and they told me to pick out a color. All and i mean ALL the polishes looked like they had not been used in a long time. The polish had separated in the bottle and was drying out. That should have been a sign to leave, but i ignored my better judgement and stayed anyways. Second sign was that the massage chairs looked old and worn out. The arm rest were cracked and peeling. They also didn’t know how to program the massage to any thing other than the first setting. My toenails were cut too short and were not cut straight, i hate that. My manicure polish looks like i did it myself. Smh. So now comes time to pay. I had the sneaking suspicion that they were gonna try to up charge me because they did a salt scrub on my legs during the pedicure and sure enough, they said my total was 25. The special is 19.99! So again i said that i had ordered the special. Their response –Oh, well she didn’t know that. There was only 3 workers and one left during and i am sure all of them heard me when i came in and said i wanted the special. They took $ 2 off, so i paid $ 23. I will never come back again.

Not bad. I stopped here on my way home from work earlier. She did a solid job on my gel mani, it seemed a little pricey ($ 18) though for the quality and the time she took. I was in and out, which I appreciated today, but I’ll stick to my usual when I want a really thorough job.

So I came to this salon because it was close by my house but huge mistake!!! I had told them that I struggled with ingrowns and they said they were so good at taking them out so I was relieved to know I’d be taken care of. One lady was working on it and then another came over and moved her aside and told me that she worked for the doctors and she shoved the metal tool all the way into my toe cut and ripped at my toe nail! (Not getting it out) my toe started literally no drama it started pouring blood like a fountain ! I was soooooo shocked. I asked her to stop and she insisted that she continue and I pulled away my toe and yelled at her NO! I said no that’s too much blood. This is the thing you do not work at a dr office or podiatrist therefor you shouldn’t be performing something like that. That should have taken doctor supervision it was terrible and traumatizing! I won’t be returning. Due to this I am now having to go to the REAL doctor for my toe ! This visit has inspired me to make Unilocal so I can warn them do not let them operate! So unhappy and I still paid!

Literally every finger is bleeding, and the gel was done very sloppy. I asked for my money back & was of course turned down. I’m sitting here waiting for them to be redone and the nail tech keeps fighting with me telling me I’m wrong and it looks fine. The nails are all different shapes & some are too thick, the gel used was cheap. As she filed off the gel to redo it, she cut my finger AGAIN! She told me it was because I move too much. Umm, no. She just sucks at her job. I’m furious, my nails look like shit & I will never come back here! EVER!

I have been coming here for a yr and I have never been disappointed. The salon is clean and the service good, I will keep coming to this nail salon as long as I live in riverside… ask for jenny, she is the best !

This is my second time going back and each time it gets better. This place is amazing. I love this place very professional and immaculate. My favorite place.

Friday night, made an appointment for my roommate and myself, two pedicures. Arrived was seated in moderately comfortable massage spa chairs… And waited… An hour. Sitting in our now cold bubbly water as our back begin to ache with the shiatsu massage full force (no idea where the control panel to stop it) our pedicures begin. Well more specifically my pedicure. After she did an acceptable job then rinsed her tools and began on my roommate. She reused the pumice scrub, nail file and all tools (nail trimmers, cuticle nippers and cuticle pusher). To say the least we will not be returning. FYI, $ 18 for pedicure, $ 2 for French tip. Not worth it. But hey, if you must give it a chance… You may or may not be returning home with a nail fungus from the previous client.

make sure to make appointment before you go to avoid the wait. They are very nice! They are very fast with acrylic designs and nails. You don’t have to sit there for 2 hours! 45 minutes will give you beautiful shiny nails!

This place was okay. Stopped on a whim and got a pedicure, and the staff was nice. The place looks seriously dated. Was seated in one of the broken old red chairs (look at the pictures) which were not so great. The massage chair is important to me, and it was not good. They were pretty busy and seemed to have only two people working, and I just sat there with my feet soaking for 20 minutes before anyone did anything. I watched other women come in and the same thing happen. My pedi wound up looking good and the lady doing my toes was very thorough and careful, but the overall experience was meh.

The service here are friendly and has great price. They did a great job on my pedicure and manicure overall. I had a fat ingrown nail in my toes which hurts really bad. I was kinda scare how much it would hurt. At the end It was quick and painless :)) I would def come back again.

Pretty clean as far as most nail salons go. Mostly acrylic dust :)
I was greeted right away although all 4 nail techs were busy with customers. I waited 7 minutes to be seated for a clean, thorough & pretty $ 8 manicure. Very few color choices available but I usually bring my own. They accept cc/​debit card & are cool with leaving a tip on the card also. I’m really happy with my hands & would come back again.

Terrible experience here.
They were very pushy, they tried and tried to convince me to let my daughter to get acrylic nails, even after telling them that shes only 11 and that I think thats way too young.
I wanted to get a pedicure and manicure, but only ended up getting a pedicure because as the lady was massaging my legs I started to notice they were burning. When I looked at my legs the were pink and I started to get little bumps all over. When I informed her of the obvious problem she proceeded to rinse them and then before I could stop her she sprays Alcohol on them, OUCH!!! I then told her to please stop putting anything on my legs, then she not only tried to spray alcohol again but also tried to put some gel on them. At that point I told her to just do the polish and skip the manicure all together. Through all of that nightmare she tried to blame it the fact the I had shaved the day before, btw I don’t have sensitive skin and never had anything like this ever happen. After asking for a discount, even though I felt I shouldnt have payed for the pedicure at all, I was given a $ 3 discount off my $ 63 total.
I had brought a friend with me who was getting acrylics done and she wasn’t not happy with her service either, each and every one of her nails had some kind of mistakes. Some where not straight on the top, some where not smooth (looked chipped).
There prices are about average to the high side but the quality is terrible.
Not to mention the fact that all the employees were communicating in their language across the salon like no one was there. They also proceeded to eat lunch next to my friend on a manicure table (the salon smelled of fried fish).
If there was an employee that could communicate efficiently or even cared I would have seriously made a complaint, but it wasnt even worth trying.
